How to create a picture slideshow in one slide of powerpoint?
Hi, if I understand your question correctly, you wish to have only 1 slide with a slideshow scrolling across the top of it. If so, you can accomplish this with custom animation. Just insert the pictures you wish to have across the top. Keep in mind that you will only be able to fit so many on the slide, depending on the size you make them. Once you have them sized and in the order you want them to appear, click on custom animation (on my 2000 version it is listed under Slide Show). On the popup box, click the Order&Timing tab. By clicking on each separate picture frame, you can set it to run automatically. You can also set the amount of time you wish between each picture. My suggestion is 0. Next, click on the Effects tab and set how you wish the pictures to appear. Since you want a slideshow, my suggestion is Crawl from right with no sound. Lastly, once everything is working how you want it, you must loop the animation to run a set number of times. My apologies here, since my version does not have this function, I do not know if there is a limit. I actually use LibreOffice Impress to do that.
