How do I get a slimmer face as soon as possible?

The basic answer to your question is that there is NO way to target special places to lose fat - it is the process of fat in general that helps you lose fat on your face. I have a fat face but a thin body..?

I've really been struggling with my self image for years.. I just need some reassurance that everything will work out alright. I am 16 years old and I have a round face. I feel good about myself on social media and when I'm in public but when I see pictures of me off guard I realize how awful I look. I can't ignore how I feel about myself.. I feel disgusting. I just need a solution and I don't know how to get rid of this double chin and fat face. My body is relatively nice but I hate my face so much. It's gotten to the point where I struggle making eye contact and my posture is terrible. I don't know what to do. I'm so upset about it because I feel so incredibly ugly.. Please help. Your face is your genetics. You have fat deposits and hold fat there. Some people hold more than others -- so I don't think you will ever get the look you are after completely.. but you sure can help.

Since you say you have small gut.. that is enough for me to know you are holding a percentage of fat -- which is good. Because you can only lose fat across the body and not just in one specific area.

So cardiovascular exercise and diet will be crucial for reducing fat on your face.

I personally would recommend continuing to lift weights to build a better overall body with more muscle to increase your metabolism AND add in cardio and watch the diet.

P90X is great for cardio,.. you could use just that section of it for your goals. Keep it in balance, and remember it always takes a multi-faceted approach to get the desired results.

I have gained weight, but my face is still thin. What could be possible issues and solutions?

I'm afraid this this is not something that can be changed, any more than "spot reducing" is in losing weight.If you lose large amounts of fat, your face will get thinner, along with the rest of your body.If you gain *FAT* not muscle, you will get a fatter face as well as a fatter body.That being said, different genes will determine where your fat goes first.  There are some generalizations, such as men gaining it in their stomach area first (thus the term "beer belly") and women gaining on their hips & thighs.   But largely it's determined by your genes.I actually worked with a girl (17) with a horrible eating disorder (anorexia and bulimia) which had put her in the hospital more than once, and in a long-term inpatient program for anorexics.Her body was absolutely painful to look at  It was incredibly sad.  But when she wore baggy clothes which she usually did (I was on a tour with her and shared rooms, so I saw her in her jammies) you would never know she was anorexic -- she had such chubby cheeks.I think she thought she could starve her face thin...

Fat face, skinny body?

Depends on your bone structure. I have a big oval type head, I never liked it either but I have had a chubby face t slim face, it can be done but it depends on your cardio
Different cardio burns different kinds of fat loss

Running ever worked for me. I burned little fat even though. I sweated my face looked the same. I do dancing and there is more movement as cardio is about continuous movement , perhaps running in a straight line doesn't stimulate enough areas

Try different cardio and do dancing or aerobics, I always feel slim in my face after and tight. Obviously eat smaller meals in high proteins and low carbs. I eat little or no sweets or junk food and I never drin any energy drinks or soft drinks r coffee...water prune juice and tea

If I gain muscle will my thin face get chubby?

First of all, you must know that face is the last part where your fat starts to deposit (while your stomach is the first point). So considering, you are going to gain muscles only (as you ask) there is no reason to believe that you are going to have fat in your belly (so implausibly no chubbiness on your face). It is most likely that your face will become more toned (due to loss in overall body fat), if you gaining muscles n losing fat simultaneously.In case you mean that face muscles will grow side by side as your body muscles grow, then you must know that face muscles are very small and unresponsive. They won’t grow in a way that your face starts to look chubby. And luckily, they are not involved in any muscle building exercises.

Why do I have a chubby face and a double chin when my whole body is fit and thin?

I suffer from the same and it’s not fat but the tendency of the body to retain water on the face. Some people have it and getting rid of this biological aspect isn’t possible. What is, however possible is to avoid it.I’ll speak from my experience. How to get a Skinny Face?

You will find massaging will lose fat from face and under chin rapidly. This was really effective for me and dramatically made my face leaner and and defined. To slim and chisel face you need to make the massage vigorous. Don't be afraid of vigorous massage. If done right it is only beneficial as many users on Answers will testify. There is no pulling or stretching or stressing of skin as you have to tighten facial muscles and flex or firm skin in the part being massaged. This exercises and conditions many of underlying face (and some neck) muscles and thus slimming face whilst skin is being firmed and tightened by massage. It's best to repeatedly massage over and over with a forward and back motion using finger tips and front and sides of fingers depending where you are massaging. Circular massage is not effective. If you can do for 30 min a day (can be in 2 or 3 sessions) you will see dramatic changes. The neck. Using right hand and starting from just left of chin point sweep all the way to back of neck and back. Do repeatedly. (Again to do it you will be firming muscles and tightening skin) then switch to other hand and other side of neck. This will give rapid results and also assist in losing face fat..

Choose first one "facial yogas the new craze ......." First pic is "The lion face". A variation of that is protruding the tongue as if trying to touch tip of nose with tip of tongue, Both poses are excellent for face and neck. Some of the others are excellent also. I've been using a long time and they keep face slim, glowing, healthy and young looking.
