Is it possible to learn the MEAN stack well enough to create a full web app on my own within 2 months?

This response was edited to reflect the changes made to the original question:Two months to learn MEAN is definitely possible. There are hundreds if not thousands of beginners doing it in code camps each year. There are thousands of developers doing it on the job each year too. As you continue your career as a developer, you will continue to learn new tech in short time frames and on the go.A few things to keep in mind:Most of these students come out knowing just the bare minimum. Can they build apps knowing the bare minimum? Absolutely. These students are spending 40 to 60 hours per week learning this. You actually have 8 months. You will continue to learn over the life of the project and don't have to know everything before you begin. The developers in your office don't have to know what you are doing to be helpful. There are similarities across languages and frameworks. When you run into a problem, they might not know the exact answer, but they will be able to suggest where to look next for your solution. The key to any coding project is to break it down into smaller manageable parts. Sometimes that is one line of code that does nothing but put a header on your page. As some wise guy once said: a journey is made up of a thousand individual steps. You can do this. It will be challenging. The sense of accomplishment you’ll feel at the end and the skills in addition to the coding that you learn along the way, will make it all worth it.

Is it possible to create a mobile app without having a programming or coding knowledge?

With no previous knowledge of coding/programming it will be a little difficult to for you to proceed but not impossible. Now the first thing that you want to do is learn Java, there is no other way. Java is the official programming language for android development. As mentioned in the previous answer you can make almost any type of app you've imagined if you have the right knowledge. You can make apps using many app making tools in which don't require you to have any programming knowledge (but I won't recommend you to go for it). So now I'll give you a simple step by step overview of the procedure:Knowledge required are:1. Java.2. Learn XML (To understand XML you must know the basics of HTML and Javascript)3. Photoshop (It is optional but if you want to make cool customised UI components then this will come in handy)4. Learn what is Android and how it works best place is Introduction to Android. This site is the home of android i.e., the official site of android. Learn this Introduction (you don't need any previous knowledge to understand it, just read and enjoy)Environment Setup:1. Install Java JDK 2. Android Studio (recommended) but you can use IntelliJ Idea or eclipse.3. You also need SDK tools.I won't list anything else as first you need to complete these steps first. Once you learn to code, you'll understand it yourself how to proceed further. Happy coding...

Can I learn Android app development from scratch without knowledge of Java?

It comes down to how far you want to go with this. If you intend to make an app to show you, just you, a new inspirational quote everyday, then skip Java, get right to it! Just do it! You have it in you! You control your destiny!! *Insert all those other motivational phrases*If, however, you intend to build something that others are to use, something that can grow and have a team of developers, designers & other awesome people behind it, a team that's not just you (because no, you don't have it all in you, you need people), then you might want to slow down and do it right- learn some Java. Not crazy advanced stuff, like you intend to give a talk on concurrency to college students, but enough to have a solid understanding of what you are doing. Good Android tutorials will tell you that "A Context is an Interface to global information about an application environment." Ha! What is an interface? Of course they won't go into that....but you'll keep programming. Then your IDE will tell you "cannot make a static reference to non-static field"..no Android tutorial will prepare you for that.  Then your IDE will say "R cannot be resolved" and you'll wonder what R is. And Googling will tell you "R.java is the dynamically generated class, created during build process to dynamically identify all assets (from strings to android widgets to layouts), for usage in java classes in Android app". Haaa! Save yourself headache and feeling dumb later; build from the ground up. Set a solid foundation; I'd know because I jumped right in...and paid. There are dozens of great Java resources. Videos, free courses (Udemy, Udacity, Coursera, Lynda). Find one that speaks to you and get right to it. Invest the time. You can do it. You have it in you *more motivational phrases*UNLESS you want to develop an app to show you, just you, cute kittens every morning.

Create apps for TI-84 Plus Silver Edition?

In order to develop your own applications for the TI-83/83/Plus/SE calculators, you need to download and install the TI-83 Plus/TI-84 Plus SDK from Texas Instruments' website: http://education.ti.com/educationportal/...
You can also download several related utilities here: http://education.ti.com/educationportal/...

Apps are programmed in Z80 Assembly, so if you don't know it, then learn it. Here's a pretty popular tutorial for learning the ASM: http://dragonfire.unitedti.org/asmin28/ (Alt. link: http://www.ticalc.org/archives/files/fileinfo/268/26877.html )

Make sure what you want to do really needs to be in an app; if it's something that you can write in a program then it should be in a program. One of the downsides to apps is that its size is 16384 bytes (or multiples of that, depending on the number of Flash ROM pages you use).

How to make your own app?

There are 2 ways to do this...........

1) The nerdy way, of learning how to code apps specifically for devices....... this is the way you'll need to make unique apps.
http://developer.apple.com/library/ios/#...
http://developer.android.com/training/ba...
https://developer.blackberry.com/

2) The lazy way..... basically, if you poke around there's a few websites that allow you to make apps by copy & pasting the url's of a website's RSS feeds into an app generator, and hey presto...... you've got an app.
Here's the one I've got the most experience playing around with....
http://www.appmakr.com/

To make them available to the public........

For iOS apps on the iTunes store it's gonna cost you a small fortune ($99 USD a year)
http://www.ehow.com/how_8529928_put-app-itunes-store.html (which is why I haven't bothered so far with the experimental apps I made on Appmakr)

For Android, I'm not sure, here's the link........ apparently it'll set you back $25
https://play.google.com/apps/publish/signup

For Blackberry.........
