First, you can get busted for modding. Second, the reason for this is that you can only mod Skyrim if you have a modded X-Box 360, which Microsoft frowns on. If you connect to the internet for anything, the MS servers will detect the modded 360 and "brick" it (make is useless), which they can legally do since, by signing up for an X-Box Live account, you agreed not to do things like modifying your console. Modding your X-Box 360 is a rather dangerous thing. Doing it wrong can permanently destroy your 360. It really isn't worth it. The only way to avoid getting banned is to not mod your 360, which is required to mod Skyrim. If you really want to play mods for Skyrim, you will have to play it on PC.

It's extremely difficult to get banned for using a modded controller. Unlike installing a mod to your Xbox such as an aim bot, Microsoft can't detect if you have a modded controller. You can get a complaint filed againist you but again microsoft wouldn't have any proof that you have a modded controller unless they came to your house, which clearly won't happen. And I'm guessing your probably using it for cod which you definitely won't get caught. I modded controllers and used them and never ever had any problems.

I don’t know if such an Xbox One jailbreak that makes mods possible exists, but even if it does, as long as you aren’t playing Online with mods, you won’t be banned from playing GTA V. But, since hacks for newer consoles usually only work on certain, older versions of firmware that you have most likely lost by updating your console, using your console online wouldn’t be possible anyway, because there are checks that prevent players from playing online unless they have the latest updates/firmware.

I think more than anything they are looking to ban people who mod their consoles to play pirated games. But they go after others too. And I don't think it's an IP ban. I think they ban the serial number of the console and your gamertag.

When you come back on your Xbox 1, you will have the ranks and other goodies (unless Rockstar Games banned you, watch out!) on the Xbox 1. I think I’ve answered this before or for another console but anyways let me break it to you nice and easy. You can’t and since I already explained it before I am just going to do long story short if that is okay. The Minecraft Xbox one edition is compatible with mods and if mods were installed it will either crash or just do nothing. No one hasn’t made mods for Xbox one edition yet or never because of how much work it will take and also most Minecraft mods are written in Java and the Minecraft Xbox one edition isn’t, it is written in C++ so it would be impossible to install any mods unless they are compatible with it and C++ is quite hard and I am pretty sure you will get charged if there is a mod and then you have trouble installing it and yea so it is impossible for now or maybe never, who knows.Okay, that wasn’t really short but I at least explained of why you can’t and also next time search if it is possible first and don’t ask because they might just be right.

Yes, but let me warn you you will get banned if you sign on to Xbox Live. I suggest not to do it, cause once your banned from live on your harddrive theres no way getting on live again.
