Where can I get a Nintendo 3DS Emulator for the PC?
As said in the question, I've been looking for at least an hour or two and I've had no success so far. Everything in a google search has ads/surveys to fill out or they require a password upon extracting the files and to get the password, you have to do a bunch more stuff. So, here's what I want. 1. A working 3DS emulator. 2. No viruses or malware. 3. No surveys to fill out. 4. Emulator is for free. 5. No passwords required to extract the files. If anyone could help me with this, it would be greatly appreciated.

There is no such thing as a 3DS emulator at this time. (all the ones on the net are fake, and most likely malware). It will be a very long time before there is a real one that is at a point in which it can play most commercial games. And @above coolroms is not a good place to download emulators... they are horridly outdated If you want to download emulators (and really a general consensus on downloading of any software), you always want to download it from the source (ie site where the person/company/team who made it). That guarantees its safe, and the latest most up to date version.
Is there a Nintendo 3DS emulator for iPad?
Obviously i need to clear it up for the difficult people. I'm not looking for 3D...just ability to play pokemon x or y not on a 3DS. So if ads games don't really have emulators yet. Does anyone know how at the very least i can do GBA AND DS emulators for iPad? I have tried and changed the date back and everything. I just want pokemon on my iPad. preferable Black/White versions

I've been hearing from some of my friends at school and reading blogs online about an Emulator for PC that can play Pokemon X and Y and other 3DS ROMs. I have waited for a long long time to hear about something like this:) Like seriously does anybody honestly know if this is for real or not? Does this mean that We will be seeing a NO$3DS soon?

The reason there is no emulator is because of: -High level of security built into it -The problem is that the 3DS uses a custom GPU called the PICA200 made by a small Japanese design firm called Digital Media Professionals (DMP). This is partially why the amount of games coming out for the system in the first year was so small, because programmers simply weren't used to the design. Because the PICA200 isn't a standardized design like ARM processors, the documentation for it that is available to emulator writers is low to practically nonexistent.

http://desmume.org/ is a more then capable DS emulator. Its pretty far into development, and has good speed (even on older hardware. my 7yr old 1.5ghz core 2 dou laptop is able to get 100% speed ro close to it on most games). It also has great emulation game compatibility and most game work with little to no problems. As long as you download the emulator ONLY from the link provided, it will not contain anything malicious. (downloading from 3rd parties is not recommended for anything, always get software form the official source!) and i did answer a related question earlier with good info about how to set up the emu here http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?... (dont feel like retyping it) Know that DS pokemon games game with built in "Anti Piracy" measures. This prevents your pokemon from gaining exp from battles. It is related specifically to the rom you have, it has nothing to do with the emu itself. You either need to find a pre-patched rom, patch it yourself, or use the built in cheat engine in the emu to modify the games memory to remove the AP. And just so you are aware, there are no such thing as a 2DS or 3DS emulator. they are all fakes. Not to mention they would likely have relatively high requirements that most people other then high end desktops with like haswell i5/i7s will be able to get good speed in when they are made. http://ngemu.com/ is a good site to keep updated on emu news aswell as ask questions.
