It matter how he socialize with his other owners. Feed him nuts by hand and other treats to warm up to him.He can come out of the cage after a few days at first I would just put him on a perch to look around and get use to his new environment. He will eventually pick one of the people at your house as his favorite and it might not me you. Just be patient and talk with him. He is only getting into his adult stage. They live to me 50 or more if taken care of correctly. Just talk with him constantly. My Grey's first word was peek-a-boo when I was playing with my grandson in the same room. He will pick up what words you say the most often. Mine yells my son's name "Edward" all the time. Because I am constantly telling him to come here. Now he says Edward come here. How to speak up when something is wrong instead of holding it in. I think men hold too much in, and it's not good for them. They are taught to stifle emotions at a very young age, and I think most of that stifling turns into resentment and anger towards everything in general. For some reason it's OK for them to act out - but to speak out when upset isn't allowed. And I've never understood why that is.

Actually, I believe it is not one thing that conveys a willingness to learn but more the manner in which the whole C.V is written. Things like the tone you use, how you dispense your information about yourself, the enthusiasm with which you relate your interests,sports and hobbies and how you convey your willingness to learn about the employment you are seeking and if the chance presents itself, what you know about your new employers and how you convey your eagerness to learn and contribute to them.Many people rattle off a standard form of C.V stating bland facts, a kind of one size fits all style but if you are able to gain the attention of the employer with an overall enthusiasm for everthing about your life and a desire to learn and contribute and do this in a light but intelligent manner, you are well ahead . Maybe develop several tones of C.V for different situations. Remember you are not just presenting your qualifications and experience, you are also presenting your personality and different employers may require different attitudes. Do not forget that no matter what, you are dealing with human beings and you are way ahead if you can find out as much as possible about the place to which you are applying and something about the interests of the person interviewing you. Hard work, sure is but if you land the job you want, then you might consider it worth it. I have actually had a job I would gladly have paid to be able to work there, from just a cursory phone call and no interview or C.V requested.I know this is a bit oncomventioal but it is not like the hundred others. Remember as short as sensible but informative and with a pleasant interesting tone. That should get you a foot in the door at least.

Anyone can learn to cook, but few can cook professionally. Even as a line cook. You would be surprised to find that a good majority of the line cooks you run into are actually professionally trained and have schooling and degrees. Yes there is a difference between cook and chef, but both require moving at a fast pace, with high concentration and high attention to detail. Knife skills will make or break you. If you don't have them, you won't survive in this business. Both jobs are by no means glamourous, and the pay could definitely be better. If you consider this business, you will need to learn at least the basics, starting with knife skills, and basic cooking methods. Manual dexterity is a must in this field, since you have to move quickly, and make precise moves with a knife. There is also risk for burning yourself if you don't pay attention. If the dexterity and concentration are issues that you can overcome, and if you already know the basics of cooking, then you could enter this field. Most people assume that it is a job anyone can do. That is not exactly true, the training is extensive, and memory plays a big role since you must remember things like which ingredients to put in which dish, or paying attention to all of the entrees on a table's ticket you're working, and the temps for the steaks, etc. I hope this helps.
