How do I ask a question on this site?
I have a friend and that always says I'm lying and she always follows through and everybody else think so too. I've asked everybody around me which I have a small circle they said I don't lie I'm the most honest person they know I've even asked them in front of her and they wouldn't lie for me they're very blunt and upfront. But this person always follows with everybody else thinks so too or everybody else says so I don't understand this why do they add everybody else but they can't tell me who everybody else is. Please help

The others have pretty much covered off on this question.I just have a few things to add.When you post a question that is controversial don’t include your own opinion in the question. Not if you are seeking answers from others. Folks tend to respond in the negative to questions like this. They see it as baiting or trolling and not seeking a genuine answer. These get shorted when answered.Better to answer the question yourself. These give you more room to expand on your position or to add a comment.Extremely offensive question will almost always find someone to offend.Use answer request. Post the question to the right topics. This will help sometime if for example the question is a hypothetical.Quora is about as safe a place as you will find as long as you play by the rules.Is Quora a safe space where one may ask a question others may find extremely offensive, but still receive a genuine and kindly thought-out answer that can lead to personal growth, as opposed to the person shutting down?

Hi. Yes people do mostly ask questions related to the situation they are going through or expect themselves to face in the future.However, that may not always be the case. I have seen people ask questions because they want to seem to please the answerer. The motive behind asking questions may be varied.Hence it cannot be said that people always ask questions about what they are facing (otherwise everyone would be great at observation-deduction).Remember that humans are messy, emotional beings with unpredictable motives.Hence, it can be kept in a corner of your mind that people asking the questions are facing that situation, but having that assumption is quite dangerous and can lead to unwarranted conclusions.I would suggest you to not assume anything when it comes to human behavior. Observe objectively and deduce.
