Cyberlink YouCam - How do I save videos to my computer?

In the top left corner, there is a settings button. Under the tab "Capture" there should be the column "Camera" under "Capture Folder", choose a folder in your videos. Then, whenever you make a video, it should automatically save in your videos! If you want to save pictures, you do the same thing but you choose a picture folder.
I hope this helps! :D

Why is Cyberlink on my desktop? How do you remove it?

Which Cyberlink software is it? A lot of DVD and Blu-Ray drives are bundled with Cyberlink software suites, including their DVD/Blu-Ray player, PowerDVD. I would assume that this software was pre-installed on your desktop PC, since when the software is bundled with a hardware item, it generally comes on a CD along with the drivers. That being said, as the other person to answer indicates, you may have just hit "express install" or something like that when you set up whatever piece of equipment you were installing, which installed all the items by default. I agree with his suggestion that, going forward, you should select what's often called the "expert" or "custom" installation routine; this allows you to select specific items that you want to install. (By the way, you should look VERY carefully at the install screens when installing things like Adobe Flash or Adobe Acrobat. They'll offer you various things like McAfee - or was it Norton? I can't remember right now - and if you're not careful about unclicking those options, those will install and play merry hell with any antivirus software you might already have installed if they're not McAfee or Norton.)Anyway, the uninstallation procedure is fairly simple. In the Windows 10 settings, look for "uninstall programs", then scroll down to the Cyberlink program you want to remove and select the "uninstall" option. Alternately, most software programs provide an uninstallation routine that you can use, just go into the programs menu, go down to "Cyberlink" and look for the program you want to remove, then right-click and select "Uninstall" or select the uninstallation app.

Are these programs okay to remove from my computer without anything horrible happening?

HP MovieStore
Microsoft Office 2010 (if your sure you will still have a working Word 2007)
RoxioNow Player
LabelPrint
CyberLinK DVD Suite

Some of these are for playing and making DVD's on your computer. LabelPrint is for making labels. LightScribe is for designing the top of your DVD's without putting Labels on them (making designs/labels ON the DVD's). RoxioNow is a DVD player, cd's, etc. CyberLink, the same. I wouldn't get rid of any Power Managers or Setup managers as you may need both in the future. Same with QuickLaunch which is handy if you use the same programs over and over. The ones listed above won't affect your computer at start-up if deleted. Not sure about BlueTooth, it could be a wireless internet system.

Make sure to go to Control Panel/Progams and Features/Add-Remove Programs to do this! Otherwise it could leave orphaned files on your system, wasting space, doing nothing.

I'm having trouble with cyber link power 2 go?

I am trying to play DAYZ on my laptop (it's good for gaming), but it plays the game with horrible graphics, I can't even read anything on the game. I exited out, and a pop up showed. It said that cyberlink power 2go didn't support the current screen resolution and dpi setting. Then I changed the resolution setting, and tried playing again, but it still had trouble. What do I do?

How do I reinstall Cyber Link PowerDVD?

1. I could only find basic drivers on Dell's driver web page.  You may be able to find the original PowerDVD software on the driver page by entering your Service Tag. Product Support | Dell US2.  I don't know why Windows Media Player on Windows 8 cannot play DVDs.  You can try following these instructions here to see if you can remedy this issue.Edit: Apparently WMPlayer does not support DVD playback (it supports data disc playback).  You will need Windows Media Center, which is not free. :(Play a CD or DVD in Windows Media Player3.  You may need to download some video or audio codecs to be able to view certain DVDs and media content.  I recommend K-Lite codec pack (the Basic package without media player should suffice).Download K-Lite Codec Pack4  VLC media player is an extremely versatile media player. You may want to give this free software a shot.VLC media player

Why do OEMs send PCs filled with Norton and Cyberlink bloatware?

Because the companies pay the OEMs to have their software installed on the machines.Since the software is already installed, it increases the likelyhood that the customer would pay to upgrade to a more premium version of that pre-installed software , or perhaps also buy other products sold by that company.

I have Windows 10 installed on my laptop. How can I create an image file of only the OS and not all my data?

As @Mattia C said... for what you asked... you can only do this by ensuring that your data (stuff in Documents, Pictures, Downloads, etc.) is all stored on a partition different than your OS partition. Then, create a Windows Backup via Settings.Having said that... there are still some files that you won't be able to avoid. With Windows personalized the way it is most software developers, including Microsoft, make use of the logged in user's Local Data folders and personal registry hive -- both of which are located in the user's profile in the Users directory of the OS root drive. So those files are going to get backed up as well. Well written desktop software allows you to control where data you create is stored... but there are some scenarios where you can't control it. For example, Groove Music does let you pick where your music is stored but saves music streamed (via your Music Pass) in your music library under your profile (in the OS Users folder).Good luck!
