Can I take these supplements together?

I take a prenatal vitamin although I'm not pregnant, because I haven't found a regular multivitamin that I can keep down. My husband on the other hand takes a multivitamin from GNC.

For various reasons we have purchased supplements at the store, some of which we have already been taking. My question is just how safe it is to take all of these supplements together at the same time.

L-Lysine 500 mg (twice a day)
Echinacea 760 mg (twice a day)
Green Tea Extract 150 mg (once a day)
Garlic 1000 mg (once a day)
Vitamin C 500 mg (once a day)
Vitamin K-2 100 mcg (once a day)
Cod Liver Oil 1 teaspoon daily which contains Vitamin A 4000 IU and Vitamin D 400 IU
I also one cranberry pill as well, because I get frequent bladder infections.I take all of this at together at bedtime, is it safe to take all of these supplements together at the same time?

Can I take B12 and D3 supplements together in the morning?

Vitamin D3 and the B12 are essential vitamins that your body needs regularly. Because they are natural, it is safe to consume them together. If you are taking this supplement in the same product there is no matter but If you take this supplement separately, vitamin D3 is a fat-soluble vitamin and is best taken in the morning, as it suppresses melatonin which you need at night which helps tell your body it's time to go to sleep soon and the better to take with a meal with fat in it.. Vitamin B12 dosage problem, not a time of day problem.

It is safe to take oxycodone 15mg and iron supplements together?

I recently found out that i may be anemic and i was wondering if it would be safe to take an iron supplement with oxycodone 15mg? Please dont tell me to ask my doctor because i cant go until tomorrow.

Is it safe to take melatonin and serotonin supplements together?

Well, there's a couple problems with that idea. After my initial shock of reading the topic, I did a search on Yahoo and I see why you're asking... there's a Serotonin pill that's being marketed as an appetite suppressant.
Personally, I think the product is a horrible idea since Serotonin levels regulate not only your sleep/wake cycles, but your mood among other things... not to mention that when you off-set one hormone in any significant amount, your body will push some of the other hormones off in order to attempt to re-balance your system. Needless to say, that could cause all sorts of havoc for many people.

If you take a Serotonin product AND a Melatonin, one of a few things will happen.
1) You'll pass out the whole night and might have trouble waking up early the next morning.
2) You'll have too much Serotonin in your system and you'll be wide awake all night.
3) Either one of those, accompanied by restlessness and/or moodiness (or worse) if you take those on a regular basis.
4) Or everything will work out perfectly as you are hoping.

If you are looking for the effect you mention, you would probably be better off taking a Melatonin and Hoodia Gordonii or some other herbal-based appetite suppressant

Can I take fish oil, vitamin C, and B12 supplements together?

I take a handful of vitamins a day and have for years. These are mostly food supplements not drugs, so you’re not having drug interactions like you could with multiple prescription drugs.

Can you take Zinc and Iodine supplements together?

I know of no reason why that combination would be contra-indicative. However, I'd be concerned about taking that amount of zinc for a prolonged period of time (several weeks). It interferes with copper bioavailability and eventually causes a copper deficiency, which can then cause an increased susceptibility to infection and anemia.

Can I take the supplements Ashwagandha and ginkgo together?

Ashwagandha should be taken with warm milk 1 hour before sleep at night. It is taken for releve from stress, fatigue etc. Ginkgo should be taking for proper blood flow to brain. Also it's a anti oxident. So, you can take it together. No side effect.
