Is It Safe To Use Abdominal Weight Macines At The Gym After A C Section

LOOSING FLABBY STOMACH AFTER C-SECTION!!?

You will never be able to lose it if you aren't dieting AND exercising. By dieting I mean eliminating processed foods and sugars from your diet. If you don't normally eat healthy you will need to stock your fridge with fresh fruits and veggies. This is very stubborn fat to get rid of.
Exercise is so important as well. You need cardio to burn the fat and weights to build muscle again. If you don't have weights the bands are cheap or you can use heavy soup cans etc or even your own resistance though that takes much more focus. I have seen lots of women who have had c-sections get back in amazing shape. Sure they
have scars and some excess skin but that doesn't mean you should give up. You will never have your old body back but you can get pretty
close and you should never be ashamed of your scars it shows your
journey and a guy who loves you won't care about the look of your
stomach.
Have you ever tried a detox? I did that after my son was born. Did it
for thirty days also gave up eating meat. I ended up weighing less than
before I had him. I did work hard though. I bought the Turbo Jam
DVD's and later before I got pregnant again was using the P90X
series. If you want to get your body back you need to work hard. I did
and the results were great but without sweating and struggling I would
never have looked the way I did. It gave me my confidence back. I was like you, I cringed at the thought of any guy seeing my stomach.
Work those abs! But remember you won't see results without diet and exercise
Good luck!

Get rid of c section stomach fat after 2 years?

You have been misguided by a lot of improper information that exists on the internet. There is a possibility that your abdominal muscles have been damaged through pregnancy. If you absolutely cannot do a situp without major pain, then this may have happened to you. But, it is not a result of your c-section. There is no reason why good diet and exercise can't make you lose that fat, and that is the reason why you still have it 2 1/2 years later. I have trained women that are almost twice your age after having children and they have regained their bodies back 6 months after the baby was born. It is a matter of work, and dedication.

The gimicks, which the body wrap is, will only work to take your money away from you. Please focus your mind on the task at hand and start your new direction towards a healthier lifestyle right away.

Do ab exercises make your stomach look bigger if you have some fat?

If you strengthen your abdominal muscles and do not lose weight then it is likely that belly fat could be pushed out by the muscle growth and make your abdomen appear bigger . This can also be true if you are doing heavy exercises for your obliques. These exercises can make you look more trunk like with a wider waste.Doing heavy abdominal exercises can cause temporary swelling to the abdominal area because of the tiny muscle damage that occurs after heavy exercise.Don’t mistake skin looseness for new fat. When I really started to do core exercises, The muscles of my abdomen became very strong, but my deflated stomach fell all around my middle. When I sat down, I looked like a pile of mashed potatoes. As I continued to lose fat (and my skin caught up), this went away and I was rewarded with a slimmer midsection. This process can take longer as we get older and extreme weight loss may leave permanently loose skin without surgery.planks and core exercises are what are currently favored over crunches. Developing your stomach muscles will pull in visceral fat.If you have weakened and stretched stomach muscles, like after the birth of a child, then stomach exercises will simply pull in the muscles tightening them up. But take it easy directly after childbirth and take special care following a c-section, consult your doctor first.

Do vibrating belts help to lose weight on tummy?

Vibrating Belts work by making your abdomen to feel the heat which results in sweating of the area. Elliptical after c-section?

Generally after having a c-section you should wait for at least 6 to 8 weeks before starting any type of exercise. I would wait until you have your check up with your doctor and ask them about it. You are not suppose to be lifting anything other then your baby as well until your doctor gives you the ok. You went through major surgery your muscles, tissues, and skin was all cut you have to let them heal before doing anything.

How do I get a tighter tummy after pregnancy?

Congration first! This is related to your age which dominates your recovery rate from pregrency. Since you don't think weight is a problem, I believe you have been well recovered and everything's back to normal except your belly. When you were pregnant, your body fat increased but this was normal. However, if you wasn't gaining your weight healthfully, then this could be a different story. Extra non-necessary fat could be stored and could not be rid off easily like it was supposed to be.However, there is no magic excercise for tightening up a specific body part. I would recommend yoga since it trains your whole body muscle increasing your metabolic rate and flexibility. Of course, make sure you are not overconsuming extra non-necessary calories. Also, if you are lactating, this will become much easier. According to WIC statistics, lactated moms can lose 5 lbs fat per week. Belly problem is hard because some doctors would suggest some c-section moms cutting off some fat under their belly after delivery, but this is quilt extreme! Good luck and all the best for you and your baby :)
