Is it too late to make friends?
well I went to the same school for 6th and 7th grade and I had so much friends and I now go to a new school for my 8th year I've been an 8th grader ever since September in this school so everyone already has friends since it's 8th grade.I'm very shy and don't talk to anyone I just sit and wait for someone to talk to me. Which no one has!.....so I know I should've tried to find another way but I was too shy to do it.....so I've made no friends since then and it's now March!.... (Things that run through my head when I want to talk to someone: It's too late now, I bet they don't like me, There'll be a long awkard silence and I won't have anything to say, I might as well not try)...But I'm so sick of not making any friends I even found out today from my one friend that people who don't know me don't like me cause they think I have an attitude when Im just shy.....and Im just a burden to that friend Im the loser who can't get a friend so I have to hang out with her this whole year....

So there is this guy who is sort of arrogant but he is nice to me but literally EVERYONE in my grade hates him and talks crap about him because they say he’s in a**hole. Anyways I said to one of my guy friends that I thought the guy was attractive bc we were at the beach and he had his shirt off then the guy friend started teasing me and stuff for days. The guy I’m attracted to definitely noticed bc my friends Would say things about me liking him and us dating RIGHT in front of him so the guy definitely noticed lol. Anyways the guy was like “as a guy who likes girls , we definitely appreciate when girls say what they feel “ and he was blushing when he said it but I had a feeling he was talking about me lol and my friend told him everything and he said he was smiling and blushing and said he liked the attention and that he wanted to see where things go and if I was willing to talk to him we could get somewhere also all that happened on vacation and now We’re back home and I’m going to see him on Monday and we have three classes together . Do you think it will be too late to talk to him by then because my friends said it might be when I think this could be the beginning. so what does this mean Is he even interested?

First, I would avoid making any further corrections to your fafsa. It sounds like you have done enough and as a result will likely have your application flagged for verification because of so many corrections. Be prepared to turn in your tax forms and other supporting documents to your school. This is a GOOD thing, that way you have a professional looking at your fafsa to make sure it is correct. Be aware making corrections just because, "I didn't get any grants just loans" isn't always an indication the info you corrected was wrong. Lots of people only qualify for loans. And it is entirely possible that your parents income be LESS, but your income was MORE that you might qualify for less free money. You will likely qualify for more loan money however. Okay NotAnonymous usually gives good answers, but he/she is wrong here. Pell money doesn't "Run Out" and is not dependant on the state you live in. Pell is a federal entitlement (not state) and even if you apply the last day before the deadline (this year June 30th, 2009) you will get it. What DOES run out is your state's grant program. State grants are given out on a first come first serve basis. You could be poor enough to get a CAL grant (or whatever state program you live in), but because you waited after the states deadline, (or the state ran out of money) you won't get a dime in state grant money but you would still get a Pell grant because again, it's an entitlement. The best person to rely on when filling out your fafsa is you and your parents. Many people who struggle with filling out the fafsa application don't read the application and don't read the instructions carefully. Most of the information that you need to know is right there. If you don't know it, call the Dept of Education at 1-800-4FED-AID.
Is it too late to get braces at the age of 16?
I am 16 and my teeth are a bit wonky. Some people say they look cute. One tooth sticks out quite a bit but not outside my lip. I was supposed to get braces before but i said no for some reason. Shall i get them now or is it too late? Please help me. (If you are going to say something rude or nasty then please don't bother answering). Thank you.

Age:20 Height:5'8 Weight:185 i used to run a 4.5 forty time in high school and i was very stocky (not trying to be concieted honstly) i started playing football in since i was 13 years old . i tried to apply to colleges but never got accepted because of my past grades in high school . im still home looking after my mother who has type 1 diabetes . i have no film because my confidence was too low in high school and everyone doubted me . i think about playing football everyday and it kills me on the inside that i don't have the opportunity to play anymore . what should I do? Please give me your honest opinion
Is It Too Late for Me To Start Flossing??? Please Help!!?
So Im 20 now, and Ive never flossed, first off, cause i never really learned the correct way, 2nd i just thought that it wasnt really necessarily, and i know thats not true. so im going to start flossing, i finally learned how. but i was just wondering is it to late for my teeth?? is it damaged i just dont know that they are?? i dont really have any pains or anything is just that for the last two days some of my gums are bleeding when i brush and i read its because i need to flosh, but i also think its because i changed toothpaste to Colgate the whitening with baking soda and peroxide. i dont know but please help answer my question!!! please and thank you!!!
15 too late to start lacrosse?
not to late. have been involved in the box and field game since 1940s . watch the video, go to libary . please do not take offence, the name of the best instuction book ever , is called lacrosse for dummies . it is the easiest book to understand . every player no matter what level should read this book . live small community , they started box lacrosse program . parents did not have a clue . 2 old guys standing there watching incopwetent people ruin the sport . between us many rings , we walked out due to little leaque syndrome . there were 5 underprivlaged 15 to 17 year olds there . after practice the two of us would take these lads to tennis courts for practice . all 5 are playing major junior a in canada , all will recieve scholarship . the superior adults caused the sporet to be dropped . 2 men who forgot more walked . you are definatly young enough to make the team . dont worry , just get the book and practice . best advice.put three base ball warm up doughnuts on shaft were head joins , wrap tape around shaft so doughnuts will stay in placec . the game has exploded , the best example , state of texas , more novice lacrosse players register than for football . to the 3 ladies who answered question . i want to know why the networks do not broadcast the womans game . it is better than mens game . for example 12 countries played world under 19 championships . just outside vancouver british colombia . there were no broadcasts at all. it was not even on the evening news. get poker , darts bowling , fihing off tv . put the womans game on major networks .
