Is It True That Im Holding My Own Self Back I Want To Be A Singer Or Rapper Even A Songwriter But

How can I make it into the music industry as a SONG WRITER?

1. Make some beats yourself or find some hot producers or hot beats.
2. Write some awesome songs to the beats!
3. Record them.
4. Find some talented artists who are getting some recognition but are not that big yet who you think may like your songs.
5. Send them your songs you would like them to sing, make it look like you written it especially for them, not that you are sending it out to everyone! Remember to send them the instrumental too.
6. If they email you back, awesome! If they don't, give them a little tweet on twitter or something asking them to check their emails.
7. Sit and wait for them to sing your song!

Remember, start from the bottom, and the more songs you write for the more artists, the more respected you will become and the more people will want you writing for them.

If you want any help with finding some artists to sing your songs or producers etc, I've got a few contacts including some fairly big artists in the underground and I've hooked up some collaborations before. I have a good relationship with some talented artists because I promote their music on my blog LozzaMusic.com so if you want any help. just drop me an email to lozzamusic[at]live.co.uk (replace [at] with @) and I would love to hear some of your material!

Good luck!

Lots of people sing very, very well without ever having had a single voice lesson. So theoretically, yes, you can learn to sing on your own and you don't really NEED a teacher. If you are going to be a professional singer, it's risky to not have a voice teacher, as feedback on your technique is really important so that you don't lose important career opportunities from hoarseness or other preventable vocal issues. There are thousands of YouTube videos as well that cover all sorts of topics regarding singing, I'm sure if you tinkered around long enough you could do it. The question is how long would it take you by yourself vs. with a teacher? I've had students come in who have struggled for years with the same issue in their singing, and we've found the solution on the first lesson. That's when it can be very frustrating for someone to learn how to sing on their own, when it would have been so much easier and faster  with a teacher. That being said, some people "run into" good technique on their own when they start  singing, and some people keep their vocal habits from early childhood intact enough to where people consider them "talented". I think lessons are a blast, I loved them growing up and I love teaching them, but occasionally I get a student that just isn't very interested or committed (can happen when parents force their kids to take lessons and fail to mention to me that they are doing that) and that's when I advise against lessons. If you decide to work with a teacher, be sure to try a few different teachers over time so you can see who you fit with best. Then make sure that, if you sign up for say, four lessons, that you don't spread those lessons months apart. I've rarely seen any progress with students this way. For most people most of the time (there are definitively exceptions) 4-8 lessons in one month is exponentially more effective than 15 lessons over four years. Yes, it is at least wrong in the sense that it is inaccurate. What makes you better than someone else? Factors that you choose? Education at an Ivy League university? Better income levels, fashion sense, or manners? At best these are trivial and probably invalid comparisons.Do you realize the following people didn't graduate from institutions of higher learning? Abraham Lincoln, Andrew Carnegie, Benjamin Franklin, Bill Gates, Dave Thomas, David Geffen, Frank Lloyd Wright, George Eastman, Henry Ford, James Cameron, John D. Rockefeller Sr, Larry Ellison, Mark Zuckerberg, Michael Dell, Richard Branson, Steve Jobs, Steve Wozniak, Thomas Edison, Walt Disney, and Wolfgang Puck.Do you realize the following people came from poor families and/or lived on the street? Sam Walton, Larry Ellison, Halle Berry, Howard Schultz, Jim Carrey, Ingvar Kamprad, Daniel Craig, Ella Fitzgerald, Ralph Lauren, Charlie Chaplin, Leonardo Del Vecchio, Oprah Winfrey, Kirk Kerkorian, Francois Pinault, George Soros, and Andrew Carnegie. (If you don't know some of these names, Google them, those that aren't celebrities are mostly billionaries and heads of international companies.)Why are the factors you choose and rate yourself as better than someone else relevant or even accurate? What if their opinions of what really matter are different than yours? What if the other person can paint a breathtaking scene from memory? What if the other person donates most of their time and weekly paycheck to the local Red Cross/Red Crescent organization? What if the other person immigrated themselves and their family into your country by sacrificing everything they had so their children could have the opportunities you do?Or perhaps most importantly, what if they used to have everything you do and be everything that you are, but got into a random automobile accident, became addicted to painkillers during treatment, lost everything, and are just trying to make it another day- just like what could happen to you tomorrow? How would you feel if everyone you know today looked down on you when this happens? It's always dangerous to start thinking you're superior to others because you might start believing it.For more like this, follow me and my blog Seeking Happiness.

Your true voice is where it works most efficiently and with the greatest amount of ease. This is not to say that singing is easy. Singing is a sport. While it should appear effortless. It is not. You must sing with aggressive energy and vitality to support a sound vocal technique. Also, your mental concept of what you want to sound like is a tremendous influence. Taking the aforementioned criteria into consideration, you should be able to determine where your voice fits most efficient. A great teacher can assist you. But, be careful because you can be misguided. If I can give a listen, I will be willing to tell you what I think. Often, there is no definitive answer. There is nothing wrong with being able to sing in more than one fach. Some singers change their fach a number of times during their career. Finding your level of greatest efficient use of the voice is a quest. Train the inner ear as you move forward as a tool to assist you. Developing the ear is essential, other elements like correct vowel placement are by-products of someone who can hear the right notes. Learning Solfege is a great tool/way to train the ear, musictheory.net and PianoNanny.com - Free Piano Lessons are excellent resources. The Solfege-Patterns Song provides a vernacular of sounds that will enhance the ability to critically negotiate pitches and sing in tune. I am available for assistance. Regarding rock and opera, good technique transfers across genres. Michael Bolton sings both rock and opera. Michael Bolton sings Nessun Dorma. Also, I studied with Seth Riggs. fach - Google Search

Backstreets Lyrics Meaning?

Here they are. Song • Artist • Album SHOW ME THE MEANING OF BEING LONELY /BACKSTREET BOYS /MILLENNIUM . Show me the meaning of being lonely So many words for the broken heart It's hard to see in a crimson love So hard to breathe Walk with me, and maybe Nights of light so soon become Wild and free I can feel the sun Your every wish will be done They tell me... CHORUS Show me the meaning of being lonely Is this the feeling I need to walk with Tell me why I can't be there where you are There's something missing in my heart Life goes on as it never ends Eyes of stone observe the trends They never say forever gaze if only... Guilty roads to an endless love There's no control Are you with me now Your every wish will be done They tell me CHORUS - repeat There's nowhere to run I have no place to go Surrender my heart, body, and soul How can it be you're asking me to feel the things you never show You are missing in my heart Tell me why I can't be there where you are CHORUS - repeat

It’s kinda the summary of the movie ‘8 mile’ that this track is a part of.In the first verse, the story of guy who’s making his first steps towards rapping is narrated. The protagonist of the song is nervous as he goes out to perform. He thinks he’s well prepared but once he comes on to the stage, he is overwhelmed and does not perform and ends up choking ( Just standing there, saying nothing. ) . He is booed off by the crowd. However, the protagonist is undeterred and goes back to the writing board to improve his writing. The second verse talks about the protagonist blowing up to be a big star and the effect it has on his life. He ends up distancing himself from his family, as told in the lineHe's grown farther from home, he's no fatherHe goes home and barely knows his own daughterThe narrator then tells us to wait, since this isnt even the worst part. He then talks about how the music industry got hold of the next “big” rapper or performer, and how the protagonist ends up not being famous anymore. The third verse, talks about the difficulties the narrator had balancing his work, his family, and his rapping career. There’s a reference to Mekhi Phifer, who plays a pivotal role in the movie ‘8 mile’, saying that what the narrator is talking about is based on real life, where ‘There’s no Mekhi Phifer”.The hook asks the listener to immerse themselves in the music and never lose any opportunity, since “This oppurtunity comes once in a lifetime”.

One of the most diverse muscles in our bodies is the tongue. This amazing tool not only helps you talk, but also helps you properly sing. When you sing, it is important that your tongue rest in specific areas as certain notes or scales are attempted. Learn here how to sing https://tr.im/howtosing
The tip of the tongue is the easiest to control, but is not what is used the most in singing. When you sing, the tip of your tongue should be lightly pressed against the back of the lower teeth. This will ensure that it doesn't get in the way, or hinder the middle, sides, or back of the tongue when attempting certain notes. The back of the tongue, probably one of the hardest areas to control, should be the section that is relaxed. Once you get used to keeping the tip of your tongue lightly pressed against the back of your teeth, this should be easier to do. You can even put the tip a little lower if you feel it's in the way or becomes irritated. So, the back of the tongue should be relaxed, yet ready for use. You should be able to control it a little bit at this point. As you practice singing a little more, try to notice what the back and middle section of your tongue are doing. On lower tones or notes, the tongue will lie flat. On higher tones, the contrary. When it comes to lower tones, the tongue doesn't have as much work to do because the lower sound that is emitted originates in the chest cavity and is formed through the throat. With higher tones, however, the higher the tone, the more 'active' this back section of the tongue must be. Now that the tongue has been covered in some detail, it should be noted that singing is difficult on the muscles and surrounding cavities and ligaments. However, difficult does not mean painful. If in hopes of reaching a certain tone or trying to hold a sound, you thereby cause stress to your neck or throat muscles, you are not going to last long. Controlling these muscles, as steadily as possible, and working them to a certain point each day, without strain, is one of the most important factors when it comes to practicing and learning how to sing. Remember, you should never feel pain nor strain.
