How great an insight into the right wing mind is this implausible fiction?
Yikes. Source of inspiration for the Tim McVeighs out there? Never read Fountainhead. But, if it follows suit with Atlas Shrugged (a laborious read full of extremely verbose political essay diatribes thinly disguised as character dialogue), I think I'll spare myself a few hours/days of my life. Still, in "Shrugged," the heroine shoots a man for being unable to make a decision. Then, she feels no remorse because that man decided to behave "like an animal," choosing to give up his ability to think for himself. Really wonderful ideals to uphold, aren't they? Think of the current rightwing worship of the self-made millionaire. And, their defense of those who gained their wealth through what could only be called 'sociopathic' behavior. They love those guys. They fancy themselves as entrepreneurs that would follow in those footsteps to greatness (no matter who they step on or abuse in the process). And, oddly, many of them say they follow the teachings of Christ. Weird dynamic in that group. Very weird.
True American Citizens Only:Does Obama really care?
ISN'T IT IRONIC? THAT THOUSANDS OF OUR "TRUE AMERICAN" SOLDIERS ARE FIGHTING OVERSEAS, WHILE BOATLOADS OF IMMIGRANTS INFILTRATE OUR COUNTRY? Which is supported by Obama. WE ARE BECOMING THIRD-WORLD AT AN EXTREMELY HIGH RATE WITH ALL OF THE SCAVENGING IMMIGRANTS. WHICH MEANS DIFFERENT BELIEFS, AND MORE PEOPLE TO WORRY ABOUT OFFENDING. The Media loves Democrats because they create drama, and that sells. EITHER WAY, SUPPORT YOUR COUNTRY, WOULD YOU RATHER LIVE SOMEWHERE ELSE? I DIDN'T THINK SO. ANYWAYS, MY QUESTION What can we do as True American citizens to unite the good people of our country to form a government that does the right thing (not politically correct) and save our country from it's corrupt ways? and please don't play the race card on this question, it's old.
Who is more intellectual, Trump or George W.Bush?
Oh that’s a tough one.I would say that President Trump is the smarter of the two, while George Bush plays the role of establishment Republican. The media loves to downplay the intelligence of President Trump, casting him as a Reality TV Star who fooled America. But what the media fails to remind you that his TV Show, “The Apprentice” was originally about entrepreneurship, with the winner getting the opportunity to develop one of his properties. Watching that show, you really could get a taste of how smart aspiring entrepreneurs were, and if having a MBA really mattered (which it didn’t).In the end, Donald Trump took “The Apprentice” and he literally showed how smart he was by performing the ultimate task, which was running for President and winning and shoe-string budget. He knocked off every “Republican Contestant” then turned blue states red.The news media will never acknowledge his brilliance. Instead they are pushing a narrative that Trump won with the help of the Russians, who helped dupe dumb Americans.Regarding George Bush.I am a Republican who voted for George Bush, but I was not very pleased with him because he was very weak. I supported his wars too - which turned out to be a disaster. I find it rather strange that we are pointing the finger at Russian meddling in our elections by exposing corruption in the DNC and buying facebook ads, when George Bush sent us into war to meddle with Iraq’s government, that destabilized the entire Middle East. The way America meddles in government’s is just horrible. We’re honestly worst than the Russians.George Bush also saw the housing market crash coming but was too weak to be more vocal about it. Then when it happened, he worsened the situation by trying to stimulate our economy by printing money. Not too smart there.
Does anyone else get tired of being called a racist?
homemadeimperfection, Didn't you get what I'm trying to say? I don't want these people criminalized because of where they're from, just for breaking the law. I would say the same thing about a white person trying to cross the border from Canada. Illegal is illegal, regardless of where someone is from.
