I accidentally got rubbing alcohol "down there"?
I waxed my bikini line for the first time and couldn't get the wax off and tried rubbing alcohol. And I accidentally got some inside "there". It burnt alot and i rinsed myself out with lots of water. Did I do any permanent damage?

No, please don't hurt yourself for any reason even if it's because you just like how it feels. Find something else to do and say no to your impulses. Even if it's hard. There's probably many other things you enjoy feeling besides alcohol on cuts? Things that feel good, like sandpaper, or the breeze, or something else. To answer your question, no it's not bad to put alcohol on cuts just don't cut yourself on purpose to put alcohol on it. And it's okay, we all have weird pains we like. I really like pain in my mouth. But I don't purposefully damage my mouth (I did once though, and just ended up with a lot of unpleasant cancor sores XD oh well). Hope this helps :3

The cutting is very bad, because it points to some serious, unresolved issues that should be treated by a psychologist.Trying vaping and alcohol isn’t necessarily bad, if you just experimented. Doing them regularly is bad. Your brain is too young for regular drinking, it’s still growing and drinking will damage it. Vaping is bad for anybody.In studies, “cool” middle schoolers who take up adult habits like smoking, drinking, and sex early tend to have bad outcomes later in life.I’m not saying that you’ll never experiment or that it’s necessary to be perfect — I’d experimented with alcohol and smoking myself at your age, and so have many kids — but if you rush things at your age, they can spin out of control because you don’t yet have the maturity to handle them and they interfere with your maturation process.

Hydrogen peroxide is better, also it will bubble up where there is any blood. Go back to the doctor if it gets worse. (I bet that alcohol stung like a SOB!)

Unless the cut is very deep, soap and water, a little Neosporin and a bandaid should do the trick.To answer your question… The reason for the pain is the nerve endings found in the skin. Pouring alcohol on those exposed nerve endings causes intense burning (and tissue damage). With deep cuts, the body will form a blood clot that protects those nerve endings. In a shallow cut, such as a paper cut, the wound is so superficial that the body doesn't respond. The nerve endings stay exposed and that's why they hurt so bad!

Al-Anon is for the family and friends of the drinker or addict to help them recover from the impact of having a drinker or addict in their life.Al-Anon is to help YOU, not as a tool to use against your mother.You cannot control or change your mother’s drinking. Think of it this way: She has a disease, a dysfunction of the brain. You are infected with it because you grew up in the family and you have some of your mother’s genes.What you can control is how you respond to the disease. Self harm is a pretty good indicator to me that you are heading into the disease yourself — you just have different symptoms than your mother. Alcoholism is a disease of self-harm, just by ingestion instead of a blade.You need treatment immediately. Self-harm also escalates. You can end up killing yourself much faster than your mother.Stop trying to fix your mother and get help yourself.If you are a teen, look for an Alateen meeting. They will be able to give you local advice for therapists and counseling and what you can do without your mothers cooperation. Your mother may even cooperate if you tell her that you want treatment for cutting. Don't mention anything about her. She loves you, but she is putting defending her drinking first. Ok. scissors are bad to groom with. Putting Alcohol on a cut is a bad idea, it actually cause some tissue damage, and it hurts. So use clippers with a guard. Next time warm water ( helps the clotting process) and some gentle soap or diluted hydrogen peroxide to clean. Put some triple antibiotic ointment on it tomorrow and keep it soft. If you do get an erection, it may open the wound some. Let it bleed and re-seal. Keep it clean. Watch for infection (hot, red, gets more painful).
