How can I stop being weird?
I have two tips here, but lets start with what weird really means.Being weird is pretty much just being somebody that others wouldn’t be. It’s being different, but in a “bad” way.The first thing: everyone is weird. We all have our quirks, our funny body language, and our odd-looking faces (personally I’ve been told I have weird eyes, like a sloth). But what separates someone who is cast out as “weird” and who is taken in as “cool” or “a trendsetter”?Acceptance. Accept who you are and love who you are (the basis of self-esteem) and be “weird” with glee. Once you do that, you’ll stop caring about what makes you weird, and you’ll care more about what actually matters—the things that make you happy.The second thing: acceptance is great and extremely important, but it’s not a cure-all. You can take one of the funniest guys in the world who accepts himself: Louis C.K. He did something that he can accept and joke about as much as he wants, but no one is going to think he’s any less weird.So people accept themselves and what not, but there’s a limit to what others will accept about you. You still need fit in with the society that you’re a part of. It’s just how people work.If you’re “too weird” for the people you surround yourself with, you need to either change yourself (hard) or change the people around you (often even harder). You can dress/speak/do things more like the people around you. They will see that you are similar to them, and accept you. Or, you can change the people who are around you, and find some people who will accept you the way you are (preferable).You have to remember that people like people who are like them. And you can’t blame them for that, its built into human genetics.
Is it weird to like anal sex?
Weird? Not at all. Some people think oral sex is weird or gross. Others think anything other than the missionary position is kinky. Some think thongs are trashy and some still think sex b4 marriage is wrong. Don't let other people influence what you like or don't like. If it feels good, do it. As far as being bad, if you have any pain or soreness the next day, just lay off it for a few days.
Is it weird to do shots of rum?
It seems you are new to drinking. It is not weird to take shots of rum at all. There are shots (which is just unmixed liquors) and shooters (mix liquors with juice etc) it all depends on your tastes. at some of my parties we play games where the loser has to take a disgusting shot (usually warm myers rum). some the the tasty shots are bacardi limon, malibu rum and other flavor liquor. Its not weird at all to order a rum shot. it actually shows that you are an experienced drinker and you know what you like...this is very important if you are under age with a fake id and trying to get a drink at a bar.

NO! It does not mean you are gay! It means that you were simply helping your friend understand some things about his body. And no, it isn't weird either, lots of young men (boys) compare their junk to their friends, it's all part of growing up and it helps you understand things about your body.

Like me you may find most of your lifelong friends are of different nationalities than you. People from the same town, nationality, religion, and race as me are more likely to feel they have a basis to judge you. Virtually no one from a different culture has ever called me weird.

No. That's called being polite and organized. It's much easier for two people to carry on a phone conversation than three. And by the way, it's the manager's job to train and supervise the assistant manager. This phone call may have been part of that process.
