Haha I love both. Talent wise, Liam has been my absolute favorite musician for a ling time & still is. But Damon is very handsome & I like a few of his songs :)

Poor Singer as in Impecunious SingerYes, sad, but true. Liam Gallagher is indeed a poor(er) singer. He used to be much richer previously, but in this modern era of Spotify and people downloading tracks, and rampant music piracy, our kid, is now reduced to brewing his own tea [1]. Oh, the horrors!Additionally, all of the various child support, and alimony, and divorce lawyer fees are drying up our kid’s finances. Poor Liam’s companies are also not doing as great as they once were [2]. Calamitous is the word, I’d say.But still realistically speaking, Liam isn’t dirt poor now - he’s just not as rich as he used to be, due mainly to the divorce/alimony/child support dues etc.Poor Singer as in Substandard SingerA resounding NO! As per me, Liam has one of the best voices in the business - nobody, and I mean, nobody can sing like he does. Chicane has a song where he got some random singer to try and sing like Liam - anyone familiar with Oasis can easily tell that that singer isn’t Liam. Liam’s voice is awesome - it resonates with vim, and his singing elevates any song to a higher level. Listen to “Morning Glory” or “Wonderwall” or “Guess God Thinks I’m Abel” or any of the other Liam performed songs, and you’ve gotta admit that nobody but Liam could sing those songs. While Noel made the tunes/lyrics awesome, Liam’s rendition made the music memorable. Oasis was a perfect synergistic blend of the Gallagher Brothers’ talents, and Liam’s awesome voice made that possible. He’s definitely not a poor singer - quite the opposite, I’d say![1] A British rock legend can’t afford people to make his tea because no one buys albums anymore[2] Little by little Liam Gallagher's companies are making a loss
Liam Gallagher on Kings of Leon...?
As much as I -really- want to disagree with him, I can't. This new Kings of Leon is completely different from -my- KoL. I still like their new album, of course, but if you're comparing it to YaYM or Aha Shake Heartbreak, it's complete mediocre crap. Anyone who has the slightest amount of talent could do what they're doing now. I realize that every band has to progress, and they can't spit out the same tunes forever, but the direction they're going--doesn't really feel like progression to me, but conformity. As a fan of the original KoL, I say they are in the process of selling out. I'll wait for their next album before I decide. EDIT: FIG is right about KoL being the best live band around. They are every bit as good live as they are recorded--often-times even better.

Do Noel & Liam Gallagher speak to each other?
I think as of now, the two are probably not talking to each other, at least not pleasantly. People were led to believe that the brothers had a truce of sorts a few months ago[1], but that seems to have dissolved[2]. The truce was all imagined up by a drunken Liam, it transpires[3].One must say that most of this not-talking-to-each-other situation is because of Liam shooting off his mouth at Noel and Noel’s family. However, that did get started after Noel criticized a bunch of singers including Liam for not writing their own songs [4]. Recently, Liam made a comment about not caring if Noel’s wife or daughter got twitter abuse - that would have made the situation worse, as Noel’s wife (Sara) then pretty much wished that Liam would drop dead[5]. Liam then turned around and called Sara a witch [6].So, reading all this - I would say, there’s a fair chance the two brothers will never speak to each other cordially ever again.
