Is Laughter A Must To Have A Good Happy Life

What's the most important thing life has taught you?

That you deserve what you accept.

So, if you're being badly treated by someone for example, and you continue to accept that bad treatment, then you deserve it. If on the other hand you believe that you don't deserve to be treated in that way, then you're obligated to not accept it anymore. It's the same with everything, including the way that institutions (schools, work, governments...etc) treat us.

What is the best way to live a happy and successful life?

1. Realize that people don’t think about you as much as you think they do. Don’t waste time thinking about what people may or may not be thinking. 2. Be who you are, no matter who you’re with. Always be true to yourself, even when it makes you uncomfortable.  3. People don’t know how to navigate life. Everyone makes it up as they go along. Some are better at faking it.  4. Things are rarely as good or as bad as they first appear. Don’t take any situation at face value. Remain steady and calm. 5. Appreciate others. There is something better than you in every person you meet. Look for that thing. Tell them what you see. They will feel valued. 6. Give to others. You’ll find what you’re looking for by helping others. 7. Don’t waste much time trying to figure life out. It’s been a mystery since the dawn of mankind. Greater minds have spent their entire lives trying to solve the same mystery. It’s unlikely to be solved in the next 40 years by yours truly. 8. Practice gratitude. Remember that someone, somewhere, is praying for things that you take for granted.  9. Don’t be so serious. Laugh a lot. It makes your brain light up. Make sure every day is filled with laughter. This usually happens when you’re surrounded by those you love, and who love you back.  10. Shy away from revisiting the past (regret) and predicting the future (anxiety).

Ooh I actually thought of 20 :-)

Thanks for asking this, it's nice to remember why life is good!

Why do I rarely laugh?

For awhile now I've realized the only person who can truly make me laugh is my boyfriend. Im 16, im not depressed im actually very happy with my life and i have friends but they never really make me laugh. alot of my friends say my closes bestfriend is so funny but I really don't think she is at all lol. Half the time I feel like im forcing laughter out & I hate it. I barely even know what my laugh even sounds like and the only person who hears it is my boyfriend. Why is he the only person who truly makes me laugh??

So, I think I laugh too loud....?

So today I was talking to some people in class and we were all laughing and having a good time, and I was laughing at every joke and i was laughing really loud too, like I had gone insane. I realized that when some of the people looked at me funny. But then I realized I must laugh too loud ALL the time because I remembered times when people would look at me weird after I laughed at a joke. So, yeah I think I laugh too loud, is that weird?or atleast, not normal? Oh and when someone asks me something I tend to over explain it, if you know what I mean, is that weird too?
