Filler episodes pop up, reminiscing about stuff i have completely forgotten about. Time seems to slow down. Whole episodes consist of two combatants bragging about their skill, without doing any fighting. You get the impression the writers have no ideas left and try desperately to stall the show so that they can cough up some new ideas.This is just guesswork , since i left One Piece about the time when they were first fighting this shark creature, so i might be wrong.

Then we may even realize that we are connected genetically with all life on the planet, and quite likely part of something much bigger. Let this then be our “one god”. None of the guys you said. Technically, bartolomeo is a straw hat now that he is in the grand fleet. But if you talk about the main, crew at this point all those guys are pretty weak to join them. The main people i think that may join the crew are:Raizou: There has been a lot of speculation about him. Also, evry freaking straw hat counting zoro and franky were super excited to learn his abilities, and luffy, usopp and chopper even considered him their god. What more to say, an invitation to the crew could be the next on the cards.Jinbei: He has already been invited to the crew by luffy and jinbei even said that he would join the crew once his business with big mom is over. Seeing that luffy vs big mom seems to be the next major fight, jinbei joining the crew isn't a farfetched idea.Momonosuke and kinnemon: kinemon has been asked by luffy to join his crew and once wano kingdom's business is done, he may join the crew. Momonosuke may join the crew because his father was a part of gold roger's crew and he may follow his footsteps plus he seems to have an interesting devil fruit which if trained may become formidable. Ceasar: He may join the crew because he is a scientist which the crew doesn't have. He can be one of the source of comedy. He has spent a major time with half of the crew. And he may get a shot at redemption like the way nico robin got after saving sanji at big mom's. He may be an integral part in unlocking the raftel using the road poneglyphs.Purin: She may join the crew once she gets married to sanji, as luffy was clearly open to the idea of a new nakama. Also, if purin turns out to be that one eyed girl beside big mom from fishman arc, then i don't see why sanji rejecting the proposal. Pekkoms: We do need a fishman, and a mink in the crew to show diversity and we may get one too. Pekkoms deeply respects the straw hats for saving zou, and once big mom is defeated, she may disband the crew and pekkoms would be free to join the straw hats. He seems to be strong. So this is my list of the next possible strawhat candidates.
