Is My Body Fat Or Slim

I have a slim body round face?

I'm 17 always had a round face although I have lost a lot of weight from it since now its to the point my body is skinny and my head looks huge its as though i loose weight but my face cant keep up with it ,any advice

24% body fat but thin?

Please don't flame at me when I talk about my weight and everything because a lot of people get angry about it but I'm really curious.

I'm 94 pounds and 5'2 in my late teens, but my body fat percentage came out to 24%; however, I used to be a dancer so I have a lot of muscle.
24% body fat would mean 24% of the body is fat? The only places I really have fat on are on my face, a bit of my stomach (not really, just a little), and probably on my sides but again, hardly.

The reason why I searched this up was because I am very annoyed by my face due to my high cheekbones but I have chubby cheeks with fat. I just wanted to know if it counts as the body percentage. I've been doing cardio lately and I am curious to know if I lost body fat and turned it into muscle if the fat on my face could be diminished a little.
thank you.

The guy says im 5.1 percent body fat?

He did caliper measurement on chest thigh and lower abdomen where people generally deposit fat. I dont belive it though cause the bio electrical impedence says 14 percent fat. Who should I believe. everyone says im slim. I dont know thogh ill put this picture up here for you all to see.

Skinny but have a high body fat?

I measured my body fat in health class it was 29% I was confused because I'm very skinny even in the stomach and my classmates were lower than me? I don't get it
I'm 13 90 pounds 5'9 and also I have a 4 pack the bottom two is not showing

Why is my arms so fat and my body is skinny?

That maybe because you are skinny fat or genetics. Adapt to a fit lifestyle, everything will be fine.

Am I fat or thin? My body fat percentage is 22.6%?

For a woman, that's thin; you are in the fitness range.

Skinny upper body, fat lower body?

BEYONCE IS THAT YOU?!

haha no but seriously i have a similar problem. I doubt they're fat. If you can see your ribs, it seems proportionally impossible that you have a skinny body then fat thighs and skinny legs. Your problem is probably you just want to tone those two areas, and everything else is good. I'm exactly the same there.

Do sit-ups before bed to shrink your stomach :) Kim Kardashian does 250 each night. Start with 50 and work your way up. It took me a month and i'm on 500 a night

Check out this girl on Youtube:

^ Thats an inner-thigh toning video. It's not that hard after the first few goes. She has a whole channel of fun work outs. I hate working out, but it's funny because the girl is so happy all the time, even though she's in so much pain! :P

Hope those videos help you! :) Goodluck!

Why is my lower body fat but my upper body is skinny?

It might be genetic, or hormonal, or both of them. If you are a female, the hormonal hypothesis has a higher likelihood. Women tend to store fat mainly in the trocanteric area (pear-shaped fatness), while men tend to store it in the middle area (apple-shaped fatness); moreover, female fat is easier to be found in the sub-cutaneous variety, while the appled shaped fat of men is more likely to be of the intra-visceral variety. Then there is genetics: You might well have inherited certain characetristics, about your lower body, from an ancestor and different characetristics, from another ancestor, about your upper body.Genetics is a very generic concept, which is compatible with a variety of different hypotheses.E.g., you might have more WAT (white adipose tissue) where you are skinner and more BAT (brown adipose tissue), where you are fatter; or you might have more beta2 receptors of the adrenergic system where you are skinner, while having, instead, a prevalence of alpha2 receptors (always of the same adrenergic system) where you are fatter. Finally, you might have inherited more adipocytes where you are fatter and less of them where you are thinner. In the last hypothesis, and just in that one case, the problem would be amenable to a solution, or, at least, to some fading of it, through a series of liposuction performed by an expert plastic surgeon. In the other hypotheses, instead, what can be done is little to none.
