Your dad may not want to charge, but the officer may want to. So, as you see, you can get into some serious trouble. My advice is DON'T DO IT. Yes it would be against the law if you get caught, indecent exposure, depending on your age if your under 18 they can arrest you and take you to juvenile and call your parents, if over 18 they can take you to jail for it, it would be an embarrassing trip to court and a fine, it would be up to the Cop if he wanted to and arrest you or not, or be nice and tell you to leave, do you really want to be laying there naked and a cop see you all laid out there, even worse a gang of punks be passing by and see you and that could be major problems for you and the guy that your with, when I was young I never thought of the dangers of that but being older I would now, my best advice to you, if you have a secluded area that you can go to like back in the country and pull back off of the road to where your car can't be seen from the road, that was always my favourite place. for more room take a blanket and spread it on the ground.

Chances are you are good to go but it is not certain. The cop got your personal info and may now be doing some background investigation on you. He may be intending to come. Back to you at a later date to follow up. If that is what he is doing, it is not a smart way to investigate you. If he really suspected you were hig, he would have jumped through the hoops to get a blood draw (a warrant or your consent). Depending on what you were high on, the stuff may already be out of your system and the best proof of your guilt may already be gone (the big exception to heat is marijuana which stays in your system for weeks). Best advice is to stop getting high and to avoid cops.
Will I get in trouble if my roommate is selling drugs?
so today after many months of suspicion, I found out my roommate sells drugs (Weed, LSD, and Shrooms). I live in a house with 3 other roommates 15 minuets away from my college. So far i' m the only one who knows because the other 2 usually spend there whole day away form home, but I haven't asked them, and Josh (the roommate who sells drugs) knows I know. He has his "friends" come over for about an hour and then they leave. Now Josh has been doing this for 3 years now, and 2 of those years were before I moved in, and he has never got in trouble with the law (for drugs). I tried talking to him about it but he says "everything's cool" and i guess his cousin grows the weed and shrooms he sells. Now if the police find out and raid the house will I get in trouble with the law even though I did absolutely nothing illegal. I cant move out cause I all ready paid my rent for the year (no refund contract) and even if I tell the home owner Josh has already convinced him he doesn't sell because I guess this happened before, and I really don't like rating people out for dumb crimes. So will I get in trouble?
