Where do I get Dell Inspiron 2205 (OEM AM3 0DPRF9 DPRF9) motherboard in India?
Hi,I’m also using an Dell Inspiron 2205 PC So, I can understand what’s your need.My guess is that you might faced a problem with your video/graphics card as you can see only a blank screen along with an Amber light on your power button while you turn on your computer , right?.If yes, then I would like to let you know that this happened to my PC also & this occurs almost in all Dell Inspiron 2205 computers.The Only Solution is Replacement of Motherboard/Graphics card. In this motherboard the graphics card is integrated along with the motherboard and we can not replace that, Instead of that we can attach external graphics board which cost almost equal to motherboard.Solution: Changing the Motherboard is an good move.After a long research I came to know that AM3 DPRF9 is not available in any of the Indian online shops so, better try getting it from e-commerce outside India.This motherboard is available in ebay & Alibaba . There is both new and refurbished products are available. you can check them and go for the one which suites you.If you get the right 0ne then you can directly chat with the seller and make an deal. The product is sold for affordable price but the shipping cost is higher in ebay & in the case of Alibaba you can get the mother board with higher rate with lower shipping cost, Compare and buy.For better performance you can upgrade to Dell 2310’s intel mother board.Cheers!
Inspiron 1764 GPU upgrade?
I have a Dell Inspiron 1764 with a core i5 CPU in it. It has the integrated Intel HD graphics, but that doesn't seem like it's enough for my games, is there anyway to add an ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5450 to it? I recently bought a Dell Inspiron 3800 from ebay, and it just said that i was "complete" and "functional"....I was wondering if the Dell Inspiron 3800 was wifi capbale?? Can I connect to wireless networks on it or would I have to purchase a separate product? And if so, does anyone know what wireless thing I would need to buy and where I can find the cheapest one?
