alright so it was like a week or so before prom. my guy friend claims that he was going to ask me but he didnt because he heard from someone else that i was going with my boyfriend but we didnt. so he was like man i should have asked i was like you think. then, basically we were taking pics all night. he was like so your boyfriend didnt come. i was like i told you that and he was like why are still with him so now i am just curious.

So ive been friends with this guy for about a few years. He really wasn't attracted to me or found me attractive but he found my sister very very beautiful. He would always tell me how he would never date me because I wasn't pretty and lowkey would make fun of me. I really didnt care because I never liked him or wanted to date him. I don't know why he wants me now all of a sudden out of nowhere. Im guessing he forgot he said i was too ugly for him. Now he talks to me and acts like im his gf, Like yesterday my boyfriend ((((He's not really my boyfriend but guy friend who treats me like i'm his girlfriend)))) I was sitting on his lap touching his necklace and you can see my friend get extremely jealous by the look on his face. He tried to get my attention away from my bf but i ignored him. He interrupts the guy every time we talk and holds on to my arm like a dog on a leash. He does this every time i talk to a guy and its annoying. I dont know what to do and i dont want to hurt his feelings by telling him im not interested in him. What do you think?

You shouldn't feel guilty if there isn't anything going on. And you should respect your bf's wishes and just let your friend know that you won't be able to keep communicating with him, because it's causing problems in your relationship. If things don't work out between you and your bf then I'm sure your friend will still be " your friend." I actually had a similar situation when I started dating my current bf my best friend who is a gay guy became very jealous and he kept coming over starting arguments with my bf, so I had to break off our friendship, because he wouldn't respect my wishes when I asked him to stop picking fights with my man!! I chose my bf over him, because he works two jobs and he is the one who helps me when I need it, so the decision was pretty easy for me, and even though I do miss him sometimes, I don't regret my decision.Good luck!! "So you understand she's vegetarian? And you don't give her a hard time about it?" "She still spends Sundays reading, right?" (he knows it gave me a sense of balance to set aside one day for reading). That very day, my boyfriend packed a suitcase and went to a friend's fora week. Then he called things off permanently. A month after my relationship ended, my friend and I were sitting at a party having a drink together. I mentioned my breakup, and he suddenly demanded to know if I had ever really loved my ex. He does this thing where he always teases me by obnoxiously changing subjects, and so I seized the opportunity to avoid the matter by getting him with his own move. I said: "Oh, you know, looking back, I'm not sure if my heart was ever fully in--isn't this beer GOOD?" He laughed, but then he said, "Don't change the subject. Did you love him or not?" At that point, some loud guy grabbed him out of nowhere and started talking a mile a minute. We never had any more privacy that night, and the next morning he caught a flight back home.

maybe because you don't spend a lot of time with him like you used to. He feels like someone took you from him, it's not like you're a something his, but he used to do a routine with you without someone else distracting you. I'm only assuming.

I've been best friends with this guy for about 3 years now. I've been in love with him since we first met, and although things have happened between us (cuddling, hand holding, kissing) and he knew how I felt about him, he never wanted to make me his girlfriend. My best friend for 15 years is currently overcome with jealousy, or at least I think because i have no other explanation for her actions. Me and my boyfriend have been dating for only three months, we are very compatible and have a great relationship.He cares about how I feel and is always willing to talk and listen which i absolutely love. However lately my best friend is always on my case for being all about my boyfriend and making other things less important for him. I manage my time between friends, work, family, internship, and my boyfriend (school if not for the summer). So i do have alot on my plate. But latley she's been getting irritated for no reason. Example: Last night she got pissed because I just so happen to like the Celtics and so does my boyfriend, she complained that i do everything because of him.Maybe it's because her realtionship is on the rocks right now but I don;t know It's crazy, I don't know what to do I can't confront her about her jealousy or else she'll become even more enraged. I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place, please HELP any advice?

Give your friend time to settle. Ignore this behaivour for a couple if weeks as discussung it with them will cause them to be on the defensive. How many other friends does he/she have? Jealousy is insecurity and if you are not flaunting this relatiinship to make them feel insecure I suggest you confront your friend after a couple of weeks and tell them how you are feeling. You dont feel supported and it really hurts. If they dont change its time to sever ties.

Maybe this means he likes you but is battling with his feelings. He has not yet accepted, but his mind has already started liking you. So he may act so unconsciously. He wants to be your only friend. Exclusively. This may be reason if he dosent act so normally and it's only recently he started acting like this.But at the same time, you aren't his possession. This is unhealthy if extreme. If it makes you uncomfortable, confront him about him. Maybe he is just your best friend and is protecting you like responsibility.PS. This is based on personal experience.
