Should I get a fake high school diploma so I can get into college?
As nice as it would be to apply to colleges with a fake GED with a GPA of 3.7 or better, a question arises when reading yours…How the hell are you going to get a fake GED?!?Not only that but if you manage to create a GED that is recognized by your school district, let alone the colleges you apply to, you must be pretty smart!If you create a fake GED that’s good enough to fool universities all over the country then you might as well finish your official GED and get into a really great college!In all seriousness, faking your GED really won’t get you far, and a majority of education taught in college is built up from stuff you learned in high school, which again is built up from elementary school.If you’re caught with a fake GED there’s a high chance they’re going to send you right back to where you started, high school.Save yourself the time, money, and headaches and survive the rest of high school. It’ll be worth it I swear :)

Unfortunately it is. I have been scammed by an online High school with accreditation. You absolutely cannot take the GED online everyone walking around with those fake diplomas or fake ged will caught eventually. Even though they show you accreditation. They are probably from some made up agency that they deal with. I was almost in a heap of trouble but I showed my receipt to a college I was applying to and they believed me they told me I was just scammed. At first they thought I printed the Diploma they would assume that I was trying to enter college under a fraudulent diploma. I was pissed because I spent hundreds but I turned that anger into motivation. I self studied at home with books that I purchased (Mind you there are some sucky GED books) I worked my A** off and I passed the GED with an almost perfect score. It's a scam. You cannot take the GED online, and you cannot earn a diploma by taking a test online. No real college would accept it, nor would an employer, and you can be charged with a crime for trying to apply to college or a job with a fake diploma (fraud).
Can I get into a technical school with a fake GED?
It’s reasonably difficult to falsify a GED. The diploma is actually quite meaningless, what matters is the adjoining, officially sealed transcript.Any tech school or college worth their salt (and receiving federal funds) will double check your diploma for legitimacy. If it is found that the document is not original, at the very least you will be denied entry into a program.

No. First off. they require you to buy their $249 "graduation package" before they'll send you your diploma, which is a big red flag. But a bigger red flag is that real GED tests *cannot be given online*. You have to take them in person. Often you can do so for free, or less than $249. The "diploma" you get would probably not be accepted by any employers. This website will show you the only legally-accredited GED testing centers in your area; most are at public adult schools. Can I take the GED exam without having my secondary school certificate?
The GED (General Education Diploma) is intended to take the place of a high school diploma. (High school is considered secondary education, but we generally don’t use the term “secondary school” when discussing public education in the USA.) So yes, you are supposed to take the GED without having a high school diploma. If you have a high school diploma, you don’t need the GED.
Does anyone offer a legit online GED or High School Diploma course?
The other responders are right on about the GED. You should have local sources to help you get your GED. Check the high school, community college, state employment office, family center , public library etc. for help. You can get a lot of information about GED online, plus you can get GED practice tests and study guides. If you are a good student, use the study manuals and sign up for a GED test when you are ready. There are five sections of the test,. You do not have to take all five at the same time. So maybe you could prepare for reading and written language one month, Then focus on science and math for the next testing session, finish up with social studies. You can take the tests in any order. You can get dvds or manuals for reasonable prices at e-Bay or Amazon etc. As to the high school diploma, each state, and possibly ech school district has its own policy. In general you can get a diploma up to age 21, but that could be different where you are located. So, ask your local school distrcit when you talk to a counselor about the possibility of getting a GED. Many districts now have alternative schools with online classes and a set currciulum. Our local alternative school requres that you attend one two hour class at the school once a week between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. Everything else is done on line.The schedule is great for people who have families or who are working. Our state has an on line home school option which even provides you with the computer on which to take the classes. Check out your state education office to see what it offers. Also, some of our high schools and community colleges offer credit for classes taken at the community college ( you can get both high school and college credit at the same time.) We also have,in a nearby town, an alternative school located in the mall. It has both on line classes and a teacher available to help as needed. If you type in online high school programs into your browser you may find what you need. PLEASE make sure that you double check their credentials to make sure the diploma will be accepted by employers and college. Some on line places say they are accredited, but double check that accredidation with your state educational department. Three cheers for you for wanting to continue your education. Don't let people discourage you.
Is it against the law in the US to make a fake high school diploma?
Like others answered- yes it would be illegal to lie about or forge a document like this- mainy where applying for work is concerned.However I can guess why one would ask this question and I have never heard of any job, anywhere, checking with a high school to see if you actually graduated. It wouldn't even be an issue if you didn't know how to reduce a fraction or something after being hired, since most people forget most of what they learned in school anyway… I had a Secret clearance for working on govermental data networks and I don't think they even verified high school for that. I can't advise either way but I know I lie, lie, lie, when applying for work and do damage control once I'm hired lol. I've gotten a few jobs I wasn't qualified for but no company wants to go through the process again so I blamed it on miscommunication but also learned what I needed very fast and stayed employed. While lying on an apllication may be illegal now I've never heard of anyone arrested for it unless it's a security/goverment type of thing.Pretty sure colleges will check on your high school documentation. I know they did mine since I was homeschooled and attending college at age 16. I had to show them documentation for my GED and they requested additional unformation from my Mom (teacher-principal whatever lol).So while illegal, no ordinary job will check, but honesty might cost you the job and it's not like you owe them anything— they won't give a flying f#!$ about you anyway! :)
