My neighbor keeps staring at me!?
I was cleaning the glass window with my top off cause I like to be comfortable and feel the breeze..I am only 15 so I didn't think anyone would stare at me...I looked outside and there my neighbor was just grinning while he was staring at me! All I want to know is why he was looking at me?

i had sex with my neighbor 4 times in 2 months and now he told me to stay away , only that he has problems. my problem is now im obssessed , and trying to get over him , but everytime i open the front door he drives by he does it alot , and i even spy to see if his car is there at night , how can i get over him , i cant move away . hes 5 houses down , even worse i work in an office in a housenext door to him . thats how we met . and i cant even go there without running into him
How do I stop my neighbor's dog from biting me?
I’m not sure if you mean the dog goes out of its way to attack/bite you, or if you’re approaching it and it’s biting you.Definitely keep pepper spray on you if it’s the first option. Talk to the owner about what’s going on, I’m assuming that if they’re good people, they’ll want to make sure their dog doesn’t do serious damage.If it’s the second option, please just leave the dog alone. There’s no reason to put yourself in harm’s way, and possibly lead the dog to being euthanized.And finally, make sure you take care of the wounds! Clean with warm water and soap, put on antibacterial gel/cream, bandage for the first day or two. Then let it be exposed to air, but keep it very clean. DO NOT PICK AT THE SCAB. Coming from experience.
Had you ever had a neighbor that you just stayed away from for some reason?
I have a rule when it comes to my neighbors. I don't poo where I eat.I have lived in my condo for 20 years. Of all the 200 people who live here I probably know four. And I keep them at arm's length. I don't like having friendships too close to my front door because I feel like I lose my privacy. If people don't know me they're apt to leave me alone and stay out of my business. It's good to know a couple people so they can look after your home at least from the outside.It's not that I'm unkind, I just don't try to get to know anyone here. A nod and ahello is all I can give.

In the middle of this I did talk to my neighbors across the street which explained that they had gotten another cat who after a weekend left alone with BILLY the relationship of the two changed and BILLY no longer wanted to live there. He started coming across the street. They bought me some cat food and said thank you very much for taking care of him. They sold their house and moved away.Billy loves me and I him. I was prepared to lock him in my house if they wanted to try and take him. It was obvious that he had decided where and who he choose to be "his master" I'm lucky these people just wanted to make sure I really wanted him and would love him. I moved as well after that. Can I use a dog whistle to chase away the neighbor's dog that keeps pooping in my backyard?
You could use the dog whistle in combination with the water balloon toss (see Kelly Vaughan’s answer) so the dog will learn to scram at the sound of the whistle. By itself, the whistle can be used to train for any specific behavior. I used it once to discourage constant barking by a neighbor’s cocker spaniel. The whistle is not totally silent, not a particularly pleasant sound but not really punishment. It did make the dog stop and listen, thus breaking him out of the mindless barking groove. After a fair amount of patient repetition, he only barked when he had good reason.But in your case you will need more than the whistle itself, you’ll need the balloon trick to teach the dog the specific meaning of the whistle. If your neighbor had already used the dog whistle to teach the dog to come, you probably would not be writing this question.
Is my neighbors wife interested?
I am just curious to know. First off we are both married and I intend to stay that way. Sixteen years and I have never played around and have no intention of doing so now. So for those of you who would give answers telling me I'm a pig, an idiot, etc., please don't. I guess this is for my own ego boost. It's been a long time since I've been in the game and I may have forgotten how to play. There have been other women who have flirted with me over the years but for some reason, probably because this neighbor is seriously attractive, I'm really curious. Again, don't read "wants to play around". Okay, now here are some of the things that have me wondering: We've have had some very long eye contact. Usually I have to break it off and I'm sure she can see it makes me a little uncomfortable. She has made me dinner and brought it over. My wife was home, as was her husband but she said that whenever she makes this dish she thinks of me because she knows my wife won't make it. I've helped her out in the past so this could be just reciprocation. She has jokingly called me her second husband. When we talk she will touch or hold my hand. But only when my wife isn't present. The other day at a community function she came over to talk with me while I was seated at a table. She pressed her breast into my arm what seemed like quite a long time. Another thing is that her husband is out of town a lot so she may be lonely. Anyway I may be reading a lot more into this than what is there. I am just very curious. Any opinions?
My neighbor threatened me?
My neighbor across the street has always scared. My dad tells me to stay away from them. The neighbor lives there with his two sons (don't know where the mom is) i know the older son from school who i dislike after he made a absence remark to me (i never told my dad because he would have freaked) anyways yesterday i am pretty sure he (not the kids the father) threatened me. I'll start from the beginning last week there was a issue with his horribly mean dog (you have to be careful even getting your mail because the dog will just run up and bite you it is so mean) anyways there was a woman riding her bike by the neighbor's house and was bit by the dog so me and my dad helped her, and the police got involved, her father called the police, not us (that will be important later) anyways so they left. Then yesterday my parents were at work, and there was a knock at the door, and i didn't look to see who it was before answering it, and it was my neighbor. He was furious i remember the conversation (it may not be perfect, but it is close) He told me that we had called the cops on him about his dog i said no that was the girl who was bit, not us anyways that went back and forth and i am home alone remember (i'm 16 by the way) I told him that he should leave he was scaring me at this point he said that he wasn't going to until he got a honest answer i said i was honest and i tried to close the door and he put his hand on the door !!! to stop me i was really scared now i said again he had to leave he said not yet and stepped inside my house i was really terrified i didn't know what to do i yelled for him to get out of my house then he told me this is the threat: "if i get another call from the police our next visit won't be so pleasant" He smiles and he was really scaring me he said "i know when your parents aren't home, so be careful next time" and he just walked out of the house. I locked the door, and went into my basement i was almost sobbing he had scared me so much. I want to tell my dad, but i know he will freak out about it, and he WILL call the police i just rather not deal with this guy. What should i do???
Im getting roaches after my neighbor moves out?
All the units that are connected need to be sprayed. Roaches will usually travel through the attic or walls. If the landlord is going to treat it himself then he needs to use a pesticide labeled for inside use. Special attention should be paid to any place where water is present!!! Water heaters, sinks, toilets, dishwashers etc. Roaches can find food in many places in a home and it is difficult to eliminate all food sources. Roaches must get water! Treat those areas and they will die. Liquid pesticides will be more effective on metal surfaces than wood surfaces.Spray all water pipes!! Baits can work only if the bait is better than what they are already eating!!! A roach is not going to abandon a nice piece of lasagna for a nasty store bought bait!!! They have better taste than that!!!!
