Is My Weight Okay For My Height

I'm 13 my height is about 162cm and weigh 55KG is it okay if i do?

Completely normal. Weight training is very good for you - it will increase your metabolism and fat burning abilities. Though you haven't said whether you are doing cardiovascular training as well, Under no circumstances will weight training stunt your growth - if you are eating healthy, it will only help your development in the long run.

Weight 30 kg and my height is 165cm okay?

30/1.65(/1.65)= Ur Bmi is 11. Which means you are greatly underweight or just measured yourself wrong

I am 5'1 and weight 90 lbs is it okay for my height???

5'1 is equal to 155cm
90lb is about 40.8kg

A way of measurement is body mass index, BMI. So basically you take your weight in kg divided by height in meters squared.

40.8/(1.55^2) = 16.9
According to charts you are underweight. The normal range should be 18.5-25.

However, the BMI does not tell you what your mass is composed of, as in fat or muscles. Many athletes or overweight due to their muscle mass. You would need more measurements of your body parts to determine the validity like waist length or skin folds. But generally you are underweight.

You may want to gain some weight to keep your body functions in line. For me when I become underweight my period does not come until I reach a BMI of around 18. My period has ceased for about 5months and it wasn't until I gained some weight that my period came. Doctors also suspected me for having osteoporosis. So becareful there!

Is it okay if i"m 13 and my weight is 69 kgs and my height is 160?

You're 13, there is no "is it ok" or "is it not ok". People in their adolecense is at a stage of growth, and to grow you'd need food to do so. As long as you don't eat a lot of snacks or junk food, and get out more regularly as well as not to leave your vegetables, you are basically good to go.

Okay, is my weight normal for my height?

I've been reading on here, and see some people telling other people that 5'6 in height and 136 pounds is considered heavy. I used to quite underweight and everyone around me applauds me for not being underweight anymore. the dr says my bmi is normal. but I still freak out from time to time and feel like a complete giant. and my husband tells me I don't see myself right. but the unbiased yahoo answers will tell it like it is I suppose...thanks!

I'm 19, 5'10", and 110lbs? Is my weight okay?

I eat a lot but it's like I never gain weight. My mom is very slim as well. I get my height from my dad. My dad is 6'2. My mom is 5'8. I jog about 45 minutes 3 times a week, just to keep great health and to stay fit.

A lot of people tell me that I'm way too thin, so is there any way I could gain at least 10-15lbs? I find it very hard for me to gain weight.

I'm a girl, by the way.

How much should I weight if my height is 5 feet 5 inches?

Theoretically ideal weight for a 5’ 5” male (which I am assuming you are) should be 55-65 kilograms. But weight is not a very good measure to judge your fitness in general, because if you are a bodybuilder you can weigh above 70 kgs and if you are a long distance runner you can weigh below 50 kgs and still be considered fit at your height.A better way to measure fitness is using the body fat percentage method (calculate your body fat percentage here).  Body fat percentage chart.       Description             Women                       Men            Essential Fat                10-13%                         2-5%            Athletes                        14-20%                        6-13%            Fitness                          21-24%                        14-17%            Average                        25-31%                        18-24%            Obese                            32%+                          25%+

Is it okay to weigh just 48kgs at the age of 34 (my height is 5'2" btw)?

your weight must be between 48 kg until 65kg, in that weight range. There is no specific numeric weight, however there is a healthy range. If you are 48kgs , you are in the healthy body weight, although you could gain some weight, obviously, in a healthy way. Until 65 kg, your body weight is okay.you are 5¨2 feet, which stand for more than 160 cm tall, so I think If you want to look curvaceous and voluptuous, not fat, I feel like 56 until 60kg should be perfect for you. (is about being thin but with sexy curves, nice booty and perky boobs, not being plane and super skinny like a little girl)hope mi answer works!!!!!!!!kind regards!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
