How long does it take for letters to get to Parris Island SC?

He will probably get it in 3-5 days

It will get to PI..from there it will be separated into unit's (battalions); his training battalion will get it and separate it into company's, his company will separate it into platoons and it will be issued to him by his DI when time permits.

By DOD regulation no one is allowed to hold mail more than 24 hours unless the mission dictates otherwise..meaning it could set at the post mail facility 24 hours, his battalion 24 hours, his company 24 hours, in his DI's office 24 before he gets it.

Which part of North America has a climate most similar to the south of England?

World Climate Map, Koppen-Geiger Classification System :London has a “marine, west coast” climate, like most of Western Europe (excluding most of Iberia and Italy, that have California-type climates), and is due to the moderating influence of the Gulf Stream despite being at latitudes that can be frigid (like Siberia). The Koppen-Geiger classification is Cfb.There are only two States with small zones with similar climate:the extreme NW corner of Washington State, to the west of Seattle/Tacoma and south of Vancouver Island , BC.the southern-most coastal zone of Alaska, which separates BC from the Gulf of Alaska (Pacific Ocean). This is north of Vancouver Island, BC.Interactive United States Koppen-Geiger Climate Classification Map

Can I date my half-sisters daughter with it being incest ?

It depends on where you live. In some places you are just far enough away in genetic relationship for it to be legal. Any sexual relationship, married or not, between adult half-siblings is illegal in North and South America, but not in France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Sweden, Israel, Japan or Italy (provided it does not cause a scandal). But the fact that she is your half sister's Daughter means that laws vary even more widely. Usually laws against nieces and uncles marrying or having sex state "by blood" and some state "by half blood". Only the last one would apply to you.
Here is a list of states where, apparently your proposal would be legal, since they either do not mention uncle/niece relationships, or do not state "by the half blood".
Alaska, Arkansas, Colorado, Delaware, D.C., Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, (Rhode Island repealed its criminal incest statute in 1989) South Carolina, Vermont, Washington, and Wyoming.
Article IV, Section 1, of the United States Constitution, commonly referred to as the Full Faith and Credit Clause (“FFCC”) states “Full Faith and Credit shall be given in each State to the public Acts, Records, and judicial Proceedings of every other State.”

Is it legal for me to date a 22-year-old man as a 16-year-old girl?

There seems to be some confusion over the law, I’ll give information for that over large scales. The average age of consent in the US is 16, but many states differ. The highest age of consent in the United States is 18. The Age of Consent is 18 in eleven states - California, New York, Florida, Oregon, Utah, Iowa, Arkansas, Tennessee, West Virginia, Vermont, and Delaware. The closeness of age exemption under the age of consent on average is set at 3 years, but there are many states that differ than that. Colorado’s age of consent is 17, but the closeness of age exception for 14 is plus four years, 15 is plus 10 years, 16 is plus 10 years. So in Colorado a 15 year old could have sex with a 25 year old.The lowest state Age of Consent in the United States is 16. This is the most common age of consent, and is adopted by Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Georgia, Hawaii, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Vermont, Washington, and West Virginia. Some other states are set at 17 marked in gold below.Source: Age of consent - WikipediaAs you can see from the above map, most of the world is below 18. Much of Europe is bellow 16, and they have the lowest rates of teen pregnancy in the world, the US has the highest rates of teen pregnancy in the developed world. For example, Denmark’s age of consent is 15, and their rate of teen pregnancy is 6.2 per 1000 which is 7 x lower than the US rate of 43 per 1000. This however is due to their sex education, availability of contraceptives, and the northern countries allow their teens to have sex in the comfort and safety of their own bedrooms rather than outside somewhere where they might not have contraceptives and the parents don’t know who they are with like in the US.

When meeting new people I always get told I look familiar or asked if they know me/ met me before. Does this happen to anyone else?

Yes, it does. I don’t wear much makeup and I think I have a fairly generic look - if there is such a thing. I live in Ohio and meet people who swear they went to school with me, even though I did grade school and HS in Maryland and New Jersey, and college in Maryland. Others are sure they’ve worked with me. Always polite and pleasant until they ask, “Are you sure?” Then it feels offensive. Yes, I have average intelligence and know when and where I went to school and when and where I’ve worked.

Is Pennsylvania a part of the Southern states?

I can’t think of any metric where this would be true.Pennsylvania is a solidly Mid-Alantic state with different cultural influences depending on the part of the state one is talking about. This becomes clear if one looks at some DNA samples which illuminate migration patterns among Americans in Pennsylvania (and elsewhere.)You can see the constituent founding populations are distinct from the various Southern ones and New England/New York. This is likely due to the large German-settling population, but also because Pennsylvania’s English-settling population came from the English Midlands in particular. This also expresses itself linguistically. In Southwestern Pennsylvania there are some southern Appalachian accents, but most of Pennsylvania has a North-Midland or Northern Dialect, with some exceptions like “Pennsylvania German-English” in Eastern PA.Pennsylvania fought for the Union during the civil war, and was not bordered by Confederate states, but by border states which were split on the issue of slavery. Pennsylvania also outlawed slavery in the year 1780, before New York and New Jersey.Pennsylvania’s religious population is split almost three-ways between Catholicism (24% of total population), Mainline Protestantism (23% of total population), and Evangelical Protestantism (19% total population). [1]Most Southern states are much more Evangelical and much less Catholic than Pennsylvania. For example, Pennsylvania’s bordering state of West Virginia is 39% Evangelical Protestant, and only 6% Catholic. Pennsylvania also has a strong history of religious freedom, having been founded by Quakers.I can’t really find any metric where Pennsylvania screams southern to me. It’s thoroughly a Mid-Atlantic state with a mixed urban, rural, and suburban population. It’s like New York and New Jersey, but with a much higher proportion of its population living in the rural and suburban parts than in either New York’s or New Jersey’s.Footnotes[1] Religious Landscape Study

How many states were there in America in the year 1800?

In the year 1800 there were sixteen states in the United States.

Other than the original thirteen colonies (Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Georgia, Connecticut, Massachusetts Bay, Maryland, South Carolina, New Hampshire, Virginia, New York, North Carolina, and Rhode Island) there was the addition of Vermont (which had been part of New York, then its own country called Vermont), Kentucky (part of Virginia), and Tennessee (part of North Carolina).

Keep in mind, at this time Maine was still part of Massachusetts Bay (later separated into Massachusetts and Maine), and West Virginia was still part of Virginia. In addition to this, the states which are now Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, Illinois, Wisconsin, the parts of Minnesota east of the Mississippi River, and all but the southernmost tips of Mississippi and Alabama were owned by the United States (acquired 1783), but weren't states yet. They were only territories. Basically, the United States and its territories consisted of all land it currently owns east of the Mississippi River with the sole exception of Florida and the southern tips of Mississippi and Alabama, which were Spanish, and eastern parts of Louisiana, which were French.

If you have any more questions, please feel free to ask.
