Odd Future: Here to stay or just a fad?
Their entire fanbase is kids who only like them because of shock value and hipsters. How is that type of fanbase going to provide them with lasting popularity? When the kiddies grow up and the hipsters are "over it" they'll be forgotten. Factor in the fact that the bigwigs of the music industry prefer disposable artists so the artists never gain much control over the industry, and I'll give them a year and a half tops.
Which fans are more annoying: Odd Future fans or One Direction fans?
Odd Future fans: Kids who try way too hard to be unique. Always on Tyler the Creater's D. Say something bad about Odd Future expect rage. Hipster kids. One Direction fans: Hormonal insecure teen girls that obsess over boys who don't even know they exist. Say something bad about One Direction expect death threats. IMO they are on the same level of annoying.
