My friend thinks I'm weak?
say jokingly, You may think I am small and not very tough, but you push me around some more and I will show you how tough I really am! Bigger people who talk all the garbage like she talks usually are not tough anyways, that's why they talk so much crap, but it's the small quiet people you really have to worry about, because they are the ones who can fight, and kick alot of a**! Dont pay her no mind, she is just trying to make you lower your self to her level, don't go there with her! Why are you friends with someone like her anyways who treats you like crap? My friend thinks she's "emo"?
My friend (or should I say "friend") thinks she is emo. At the lunch table at school (which is the only time I see her), It seems like she can only talk about how much she loves death, how much she hates children, and various other topics. She even occasionally says: "Look! I cut myself on the arm yesterday! Isn't it so cool!?" (ther weren't even any cuts on her arms, to be honest). She often states "I'm just a gothic/emo b**ch!!" after being extremely unreasonable and stupid. Oh, and did I mention that she constantly rants about worshipping the devil, and asks me to join her. When I say I would rather not, she just calls me a "pansy" for being "weak, girly, and afraid" (as she put it). She was the girl that loved horses, Lady Gaga and Michael Jackson one day, and literally becae the opposite the next day. Now she says she hates all of those things. She also mentions how she loves to piss off her parents by not obeying them and dyeing her hair black. To sum it all up, she is becoming unreasonable and I'm not ready to deal with her immaturity right now. By the way, I've heard many, MANY times that an emo person doesn't claim to be emo and brag about it. And when she called me girly and weak, I was extremely offended because I a by no means weak or girly (in fact, I'm almost the opposite of weak and girly). What should I do with her???

Okay: she told you she likes this guy, but you both know this guy doesn't like her back? She is _confiding_ in you: this is your chance to show her that you can be considerate and understanding, and listen to her when she has issues she is dealing with in her life. She has as much as admitted that she knows her interest in the other guy won't go anywhere, and she clearly made an effort to look good when she came over to see you? Yes, she sees you as a friend right now, but she also is trying to impress you. That's an excellent place to start. If you can be comforting and supportive for her (no trying to give her advice: she just needs you to listen), and not get in a huff because she's talking about someone else, you can show her that you're a step above 99% of the jerks out there, and well worth the time to get to know better. Build a solid foundation for a great relationship: maybe it will only be friends, or maybe it will grow into the greatest relationship ever. Who knows?
Worried about taking advantage of a vulnerable girl?
I am in love with one of my friends who I've known for four years. She is really beautiful and kind and someone I feel really comfortable around. A few months ago, I told her I can't help how I feel and thought we could try to be more than friends. She didn't feel the same way and so our friendship remained the same except for some awkwardness of her knowing how I feel. Yesterday, this same friend came over my place and was a wreck. She is overwhelmed with work and graduate school and has a lot of family problems to the point where her dad was just hospitalized for another suicide attempt. While I was hugging her yesterday as she cried about her dad, she pulled away and started kissing me. I couldn't help but kiss back, but I pulled away and told her, "I don't want to take advantage of you when you're so vulnerable." She told me, "you're not taking advantage. I want to." We made out for a little bit until I pulled away and told her she really needs to think about this with a clear head. She looked really hurt by this and I don't know how to proceed. I love her and want more, but I don't want her using me as a distraction if she feels differently about me.

Just a friend. I don't think that he is capable of holding any sort of romantic feelings at the moment.

My Aquarius girl friend is not a sociopath. I knew it. She really does have feelings. But why does she hide them so well? I know she has feelings because I walked in on her, I seen a tear drop on her face. And than she stopped immediately, acted like nothing happened and than she returned back to her unfeeling ways. I asked, "Why are you crying what happened?" She said, "What? I have to go check on the cake." And she's been avoiding the question all since. A lot of people think she is super friendly and nice, but man is she ever the coldest person. She just doesn't understand emotions or the capacity of it. She doesn't understand why people get attached to dogs, she doesn't understand why people mourn over death, she just thinks, "Oh. Okay..? Lets move on now shall we?" She just doesn't feel anything, or so it seems. But than whenever she talks to her friend (I thought she cheated on me with him cause hes a Libra guy) she just seems to happy and different. Like I overheard her conversation on the phone, and she seemed emotional, I heard tidbits. "I'm going to sound very vulnerable here. But do you care about me? Be genuine. I just need to know." her voice sounded so small and soft. She is never like that with me? I dont know what to do. She never tells me she loves me, but does small things for me. She never does anything for me like she does with him. I love her but I think deep down she is the most sensitive person I know. Than why hide that? Why!? Cancer guy
