Is Someone Who Weighs 130 Lbs And Benches 170 Stronger Than Someone Who Weighs 190 And Benches 200

What's the average weight for a male and female bench press?

Dear Lilly Steger:Average weight on the bar using classic bench pressing for female and male may be different with age, body weight, sports, experience, history of athletic training, genetics, muscle mass, mobility, athletic capabilities and few other factors. For example, if you consider the average healthy and young adults male you may be able to use these numbers.Male: Weight:190 Untrained: 135lbsNovice: 165lbs after few months of training with all three Powerlifting exercises.Intermediate:215 more or less. It takes few months to safely bench Two plates and repeat. usually he has trained consistently for about 1.5 years.Advanced:290 more and less. An advanced Powerlifter routinely practices with many different variations of Powerlifting exercises and not limited to only bench pressing. (Many years)Elite at 360 or less. Elite means few years of weightlifting practices with different weightlifting routines not limited to only bench,( many many years)I also include an average of bench pressing numbers for a healthy female adult at 130-pound body weight:Female: Weight: 130lbsUntrained: 60–70lbsNovice:85–90lbsIntermediate: 95–100 poundAdvanced: 125 more or lessElite:150 lbs or more.I recommend engaging with all three big lifts, the deadlifts, the squats and the classic bench and overhead pressing. Bench records alone is not enough to build total body strength. To better understand I include sample records of all Powerlifting lifts for an elite CrossFit male athlete: (This is not competitive Powerlifting)MATHEW FRASER, USAAGE: 27HEIGHT:5'7"WEIGHT:190 LBBack Squat: 485 lb, Clean and Jerk: 375 lb, Snatch: 315 lb, Deadlift: 500 lbBench?: I am not sure but I think he can bench big numbers but not as big as elite powerlifters. The best record for Bench belongs to folks with 650 lbs - 1000 lbs numbers and above. Bench pressing usually is not part of CrossFit competition.A good example of a female super athlete (Elite Weightlifter and CrossFit trainer) records are:Brooke Ence: USA, California:AGE: 28HEIGHT: 5'7"WEIGHT: 152 LBBack Squat: 320 lb, Clean and Jerk: 253 lb, Snatch: 207 lb, Deadlift: 365 lb, Bench: I am not sure but I think she can bench big numbers. Very big for her size.I hope I gave you some clues.

What is an average bench press weight for a fifteen year old boy?

Crikey, this is the wrong question. Also, no one who is willing to give you a straight answer is likely to actually know. The answer is probably in the ballpark of 60 to 120 pounds if done right with proper form. But I really don’t know. Some 15 year olds I know would have trouble with 50 pounds. Others would find 75 easy. A few would be well past 100.The answer you may not want to hear is that you will never get anywhere worrying about what other people can lift. Worry about what you can lift today, and what you’ll be able to lift six months out with hard work. And especially with the bench press, which is a statistically horrible exercise for injuries, you are far more likely to destroy your ability to lift heavy things by chasing weight too aggressively. If you are going to bench press, as I suspect you will no matter what I tell you, please make sure you have your proper form rock solid. Until you’ve done it weekly for a few years, with good coaching and feedback, please don’t do anything stupid like going for 1 rep personal bests. If you have to challenge yourself, go for the most weight you can do 12 reps in. This way, an error in form or an overestimate of your ability on that day will have a much lower chance of ruining a shoulder. (Though, you can still hurt yourself, so always focus on form.)Final note: For God’s sake, don’t bench press anything heavy without proper safety equipment. Ideally a power rack or cage. I would be dead twice over if I didn’t use a rack and have the safety bars set right.

How strong is someone considered if they’re a member of the 1,000 pound club (squat, deadlift and bench press total)?

This depends on several factors, including: height, weight, gender, whether you are natural or not, total years lifting, and if you care about looking aesthetic or not. Here is a some data to get a general ball park…Keep in mind that there are people out there that are in the 1000 pound club from just one lift. However ALL of them look ridiculous. Being aesthetic looking has completely left their mind in the pursuit for moving more weight from point A to point B.Aside from being a competition weight lifter or a NFL linemen there really is no reason at all to be that huge.Perhaps more respectable than the Deadlift, Squat and Bench combination is your ability to do the Olympic lifts. People tend to both look good AND move heavy weight.

How much does the average 14 year old bench press?

well before i ever touched weights i benched 95 pounds when i was 12 i worked out in football and i got up to 115 and i was still 12 by 13 i could already bench 210 at 14 i went up to 240 im 15 and i bench 290 a 14 year old is more than likely not be able to bench 300 let me know if you want a lifting program

What's more impressive, a 300 lb bench press or a 500 lb deadlift?

I can’t really say for certain if there’s a correct answer to this question but here’s my experienceIt took me slightly longer to get to a 500 pound deadlift than it did to get to a 300 pound benchBUTprogress from that point on, has been slower on the bench. My current best on bench press is 385 poundsMy current best deadlift is 640 pounds. So an 85 pound improvement versus a 140 pound improvement over roughly similar period of time. The reason is pretty simple: the deadlift is the more compound movement and recruits a higher volume of muscle…so it has more weight potential than the bench press.640 deadlift, this came up pretty easily and was my third attempt after an entire powerlifting meet. I’m confident that I could pull close to 700 if I came in fresh. There’s video of the pull on my Instagram if you’re interested. There’s also video of the 385 bench, which was significantly harder than the 640 deadlift.Follow me on Instagram for more content and help at Joe.Lifts.Bro

How many people lie about how much they bench and deadlift?

equinos dont teach me form.I hit the chest every rep when i do benches. When i started benching i was not hitting the chest and using wrong grip. Then kevin amateur bodybuilder taught me wright grip and told me to hit the chest.

Not tryint to be a big guy or anything. The first day i maxout at 225lbs for bench and now i do 275*4 for bench on a good day and 185*6-10 for shoulder press.I have only been doing this exercises for 2-3 months max.

I suck at pushups i can agree i dont know a lot of big people do pushups.Ask yourself how many pushups can ronnie coleman do how much can jay cutler do,how much can frank mcgrath do.All pro bodybuilders.Pushups dont build mass for you if u dont know that.

Its only for beginners. Not saying its a bad exercises but i hate doing it since it doesnt do anything for me.Same as pullups good exercise i do 4 thought i was weak before 2 years ago.I used to do 20.Now i do 4 rarely.

Not lying about the rows i have done 225 for 3 reps i believe to be con

Could I knock out a 200 lb muscular man in a few punches, if I can bench 242-250 lbs max, front squat 230 lbs max, and deadlift 284 lbs max?

It's hard to tell based on those stats alone, but I would say so.Knocking someone out requires you to put enough force behind a knock to their head that their brain has to shut itself down to prevent further damage. Strength is important in this, of course, but not essential.Firstly, is he fighting back? He sounds like he is experienced in at least one martial art, so are you going to land these punches?Secondly, do you know how to punch? No matter how strong you are, if your technique is dreadful you will not be doing much damage. In an actual fighting scenario, inexperienced fighters tend to flinch away even as they punch, so their hits glance off people. To knock someone out you are aiming for a solid thunk. In general I would advise you, on both a moral and health and safety level, not to try. Don't pick a fight for no reason, and without being certain you will win it. Especially don't do it when you are aiming to cause serious damage, as you will end up in jail, at the very least.
