Is Something Wrong With My Minecraft Pc

What is wrong with my minecraft folder?

If you did anything with the terminal using only vanilla Minecraft you certainly did something wrong. If you want mods you want Forge. Here's how to easily install it:Download the recommended version for Minecraft Forge here.Open the jar and select Install Client. (Make sure you've already launched once the vanilla version you want to mod)It'll take a moment but it will workOnce you've installed Forge, you can now download mods! Download them only from 3 sources:Page on minecraftforum.netTexture Packs, Skins, Projects, Servers & Blogs!Forge - Minecraft Mods - CurseThe site of the mod authorOnce that's done put them into the mods folder in your minecraft folder.Open your launcher and select the Forge profile. I suggest you to rename and add the Forge version. Launch that profile and should work. The only reason I know you want to use the terminal with Minecraft is when you want to create mods but I don't think that's what you want to do.

My son plays Minecraft on the computer. The other day he was playing online and someone asked him "d or t." What does this mean?

I’m pretty sure this means dare or truth. However, do not rely on this answer, as it can also mean inappropriate terms. The best way to solve this problem is to ask your son.Tell him that you won’t be mad at him, and that if it was inappropriate, you will help him overcome that barrier.Be upfront with your son, do not spy on his history, this will make you violate the bond of trust you share with your child.Rather, tell him that you are concerned about his internet safety, and that as a parent, your job is to assure that he is safe both in the real world and online. If it was inappropriate, do not yell or shout or be angry at him. Rather, help him with his problem, and tell him why you are disappointed in him. This has a greater effect than shouting at him.As a child, when my mom was angry at me, I would always think she was being unreasonable and that I did not do anything wrong. To me, the best way to achieve a good, trustworthy relationship with your child is to be honest with him.Spend time with your child and develop certain boundaries that he can play Minecraft on, and that you can also play with your child. As your relationship advances, you should see an increase of happiness in the atmosphere of your home.Helping your child in this way can help him be more responsible when he grows up. Sooner or later, your child will get a job, and eventually move out. And while he becomes more and more independent, he needs to know how to be safe out there. This is a good chance to talk to your child and help establish a safe mindset for his hobbies, such as gaming and online forums.Hopefully this helped.

What is wrong with my Minecraft? In order for the Java(TM) Platform SE Binary to respond during launch, I have to end two tasks labeled Minecraft 32-bit, which happens to be the Minecraft launcher itself. What is wrong?

Also, in the game only 256 MB are allocated to the game, causeing major lag spikes. When I attempt to go up to 1Gb, or 2Gb, the game will just crash on an attempt to launch. However, my computer has 8Gb of ram, and the only other thing running on the computer is a browser. Also, opening the resource pack folder crashes the game. I have tried updating my drivers and deleting the .minecraft folder and un-installing the gam, then reinstalling it. Nothing fixes it.

Why does my Minecraft PE keeps on crashing?

There can be varying reasons, BUT(Reason 1) Your device may be too old to support the game, or if you have a cheaper device (Nothing wrong with that, we all need to budget somewhere) You may not have the specifications to run the game. To run the game on a mobile device or tablet you most likely want to have at least 2GB of ram for a smooth experience, but you can probably get away with something like 1.5GB of ram. Your processor on the device should also be newer than 2013, to run the game smoothly, Most newer devices CAN run pocket edition. You also need to have at least 350mb or so for the game, and maybe more. ( That can depend on how many worlds you have and how much you explore on them and what you do)The game used to be easier to run, but as there has been updates to the game it has gotten larger and harder to run.(Reason 2) Maybe your graphics settings are to high for your device, and your device is getting worked up, perhaps try to lower them and see if that makes a change to your playing experience.(Reason 3) - [Question first] where you able to play the game previously? and/or did it recently update? If you where able to play the game recently maybe your device had an update, in which sometimes can mess up things like this. You can also try to reinstall the game if you have no luck with the previous reasons. Also if it was recently updated maybe try going back to a previous version.(Reason 4) Sometimes Pirated versions of the game crash and do not work, If this is the reason why, I would suggest actually buying the game..And if your really passionate, eventually save up for a new device ;)Good Luck!

Is MineCraft bad for my computer?

Previously, I have had troubles with MineCraft preceding my computer slowing down. As a result, my dad HATES Minecraft. Because of a couple of mods that ruined my IMac, my dad is reluctant to let me get a clean Minecraft after we fix it. So? Will MineCraft really slow down and/or give viruses to my computer(IMac OS X)?
Please help me to convince my dad!!

My minecraft keeps freezing my computer?

Go into your libraries, choose os, click on program files, choose java, open the jre7 file, right click on javaw and choose properties, check off the thing that lets you choose the os version to run it in, choose windows 7
(This is all because java isnt stable on windows 8), click apply and its fixed! (Might take a minute to work like the first time running MC might not work but the 2nd time will)

My Minecraft is making my computer shut down?

Sounds to me like the dreaded kernel power error 41.

Go to the windows logs and see if that error happens. Its a critical error.

Is there a fix? Not exactly. It has no set cause so it has no set cure. Its the most evil of all problems.

It could be software or hardware related. Sometimes something in the bios.

Took me 8 months to figure out what was wrong for me. Found out it was a windows TV adapter
Component that I no longer used but it was in there connected. Felt so annoyed. That Part hard something burst on it.

But best google and try all the software related fixes first.
