Is Studying Other Pilot Related Courses Is Better Way If You Have A Financial Problem

How to began my professional pilot career.?

So Ive been trying to do some research on this with no success. Right now I'm a sophomore in highschool and wanted to know first off how hard is it to become a pilot? Is it feasible to obtain a job as a pilot right out of highschool(considering I have the right endorsements)? Or is attending a 4 year school the only way to go? Also how is the best way to find a job? Actually physically going in to a smaller airport and talking to them or online? Thanks, any other info would be great!!!!

What degree should I get to become a commercial pilot in the future?

Trouble with career choices, Fighter Pilot or Stock Broker?

Ever since I was little I have wanted to be a fighter pilot, but i thought if i didn't get into the air force academy i would never be able to do it. I recently found out from a friend i would still be able to do it, but ive been working on trying to be a stock broker for a while and i feel as if i would make more money that way. Ive been weighing the pro's and cons and i would just like a little extra help from some people online to give their insight to help me make a more informed decision.

I know both career paths are very difficult but after my decision i will only pursue one. I like a challenge and I will not give up and I know I will be successful no matter which one i choose.

My mom won't let me become a pilot. How am I gonna convince her to let me study aviation?

Of all the guy and gal pilots I met in my flying career, there weren't many......darn few, in fact......who didn't want to fly ever since they first saw....and heard..... an airplane.
Not having your own money to take flying lessons, for someone who REALLY wants it...and can qualify...is no excuse.
Taking private lessons on your own is only one track into the flying business.
Search a few of the MANY past answers on Yahoo and you'll get a good idea of the other options available to you.

Now, having said that, I'd be foolish not to recognize the realities of the current financial crisis
worldwide AND the current glut of out-of-work pilots who have been furloughed from the airlines
or the military pilots who have opted to extend their tours due to either monetary incentives or just the realization that even they will have a difficult time landing an airline slot.

But again, you can crystal-ball your problem to death.
Lots of the other folks who have already answered you pointed out that while you are in school
you don't need Mom's permission to take aviation related courses that are already a part of a school's normal curriculum......hit the Math and Physics hard.....that'll prepare you for any track you take......military or civilian.
If you are in college, you've a few years to go to graduate, judging by your age.......this could let the smoke clear away on this economic crisis and, by getting a Bachelor's degree, you could be completing a major requirement for an airline or military slot.

Let what's going to happen, happen! Forget the economy! You can't do anything about it!
After you graduate, you're an adult. Mom can't touch you. And, if truth be known...she really wants what YOU want...........she's just being a Mom.
But you gotta do what you gotta do!
Forget her money!
Get a job pumping gas if you have to.....pay for your own lessons.
Join the Air Force or Navy...apply for flight school.....If they have any open slots and you did good in school, maybe you'll qualify.
Apply to a Military Academy if you're still in high school.

There're different types of flying jobs out there.....airlines and military are only two.
As I said earlier......if you REALLY want it, you'll wind up flying.........somewhere.

How do I arrange for the IndiGo cadet pilot program fee?

Lets first look at all the programs that are offered by Indigo Cadet Pilot Training Programme:CAE OXFORD AVIATION ACADEMY DOMESTIC PATHWAY CAE Oxford Aviation Academy Course is conducted in Gondia, MH.Total Fee: 80 LacsCAE OXFORD AVIATION ACADEMY INTERNATIONAL PATHWAYCAE Oxford Aviation Academy Initial months at Gondia then flight training at Melbourne.Total Fee: 95 LacsCTC AVIATION ACADEMYIndiGo Cadet Pilot Programme Full course in New Zealand.Total Fee: 90 LacsFTA IndiGo Cadet Pilot Program Full course in Adelaide.Total Fee: 95 LacsAs you can see it is next to impossible for a cadet belonging to middle class to pay such huge sum of money. I have inquired in banks and they will provide loan only if you have collateral of atleast the same value as your fee if not more. If you have enough property then it will not be a problem for you. If you don’t then you can go for private fund providers which I would personally never suggest you to do. Do inquire about this in a bank near you as you may get lucky if they have some sort of scheme for student loan. All the best brother.Hope it helped.
