You won't be the first, if you wish to go topless! there are private beaches for you to go topless, in Dubai, Lebanon, Egypt etc. The Arabs are not so strict when it comes in private!

Do not worry dear, you are going to get it naturally. It is better to be exposed to the sun in the morning and late afternoon. Avoid the direct sun starting 10 AM till 4 PM. If you are on a tour between 10AM and 4 PM and you will be exposed to the sun, then use a good sun block, wear a hat and use an umbrella. This way you will get what you want, good luck.

Don't dress up in half shorts and sleevless that means you are exposing more of your body to hot air and that will heat up your body faster.2. Take ORS or any other isotonic liquid to replenish loss of salts.Drink made of boiled raw mango and mint called aam panna is considered useful in North India to counter heat stroke.3. Don't remain empty stomach.4. Once you come out from indoors or AC wait for few minutes in shaded area for your body temperature to rise up slowly and let your sweat glands start working.5. Those living in Southern California where beachlife is the norm and the weather is hot would say no.Those people living in Canada or Northern Europe and visit a beach when the temp. is 60 degrees would say that it is OK..Me , there is no way I would swim when it is that cold and I am fussy about water temperature too.Give me Sub-tropical or Tropical Baby!

Me and my mum are wanting a holiday next year from U.K. but...Egypt or Cape Verdi?
What are the pros and cons of each holiday destination ? We want to sunbathe and relax. Also want to site see. But we want to go somewhere which is ok with occasional topless sunbathing. (This isn’t essential) Any help would be appreciated. Thanks :)
