Is The Real Techniques Expert Face Brush Available In Australia

Is it true that cartilage piercings never fully heal and are always sore?

I've had mine pierced for about nine months. it hurt the first month to even sleep on it, and it was super sensitive, but after a while it wasn't as bad. it doesn't hurt to sleep on anymore, but it does still hurt if I accidentally brush it hard or pull it. I don't think it will ever get to the point that a lobe is. you have to remember there's a lot new nerve endings in that part of you ear though. you definitely should have it pierced by a professional though simply because that area is more sensitive. but if you're seriously worried about being "fully healed", don't worry about it. soon, you won't be able to feel it at all unless you do something stupid like brushing it

Are real techniques brushes good to use with bare minerals?

Yes they do. For face brushes the best ones are the expert face brush which is the best because it really buffs in the foundation so it doesnt look as if its just sitting on your skin. For liquid foundations, the stippling brush also works well, although my favorite is still the experts face brush. Overall, real techniques brushes are a little small so its easy to work into the contours of the face and dense so they don't absorb too much makeup. They're really good quality and cheap as well.

What is the best method of outlining a drawing for colored pencil work?

If you want your entire image to look 'meshed' you should endeavour to outline individual areas in a darker version of the colour it contains. For example, especially for realistic drawings of faces, you would outline the face with a maroon-ish brown colour that is darker than the skin tone, where the face falls into shadow, you would slowly darken until the outline itself is pretty much black (mostly hidden by shadow too).

Good coloured pencil artworks are very similar to other mediums that require the use of colour. If what you want is a certain amount of realism, then you need to observe the way colours and light/shadow play against each other in real life to provide 'outlines', very rarely will the outline of even a single object be purely black or one colour/shade.

That said. There are stylised colour pencil artworks that break this rule. Most of these are not going for direct realism, but for a particular style. Anime cell-shading in colour pencil, fairy-drawings and children's books etc generally have this oddity. In this case it's advisable to use a thin-nibbed black or red pen to go over the lines. I used to use felt-tips for this purpose.

Generally I don't use sharpies unless the lines are meant to be heavy/harsh and contrast somehow with the coloured pencil results on the page. Sharpies tend to create a very jarring contrast to the pencil unless the mixed medium is played with well. They are suited to the very outer edge (the outline if you cut the character out of the page) of cartoon animals, anime chibis and the like.

Why do most Indians not use toilet paper?

Indians don't use toilet paper because toilet paper is an inferior way of cleaning oneself after easing oneself. There. I said it. At best, toilet paper is a good way to dry oneself after using the butt-sprayer, but even that is not necessary. We Westerners may have our virtues, but we don't have the bum-shower. Until we do, we cannot claim to be a true civilization. The Japanese used flat sticks called chūgi to scrape clean their poo-chutes. Fortunately, they have advanced considerably since then. The Chinese were the ones who invented toilet paper, probably because they invented paper, too. They made it into a major industry, only eclipsed in the late 19th century when American toilet paper manufacturers advertised that their paper was at least 'splinter free’.The Romans used a sponge on a stick, and they shared that stick. They may have achieved staggering feats of engineering and military prowess, but they were vastly behind in terms of ars ablūtiōnis cūlī.American settlers used corn cobs. I have tried this, out of a juvenile curiosity, and while it gets the job done, there is nothing better than a jet of water to pressure-wash the exhaust port of your Death Star.Through all this time, Indians were mostly using a humble pot of water and eventually, a pressurized stream of water. They had the right idea all along. A jet of water uses considerably less water than paper manufacture, and if you've eaten Indian food, you will appreciate the emergency cool down procedure.Edit (June 23): this is easily my most upvoted answer of all time. Thank you, world, for restoring my faith in the power of poop to cross vast gulfs of history and culture. Long live the butt-sprayer!
