Is The Samsung Charger The Same As The Google Nexus Charger

Samsung Galaxy SII Vs Google Nexus Prime?

For this question, it depends completely on how bad and more importantly how soon you need a phone. The Samsung Galaxy SIII is rumored to sport 2GB of ram instead of 1GB, a 12 megapixel camera with a better lens of course, front facing camera better than the current version, a Super Amoled Plus HD display packing over 387 ppi, a Samsung 4412 chip set-which by the way is a quad core processor- that clocks at 2.0 GHZ, a 4.65 edge to edge display, LTE call quality and download speeds and of course running on android 4.0 Ice Cream. These are just a few specs. The Samsung Galaxy SIII will be announced at the CES conference in February next year, 2012. I have also heard that if they dont chose a quad-core chip set, they may just run a dual core 1.8GHZ Samsung exynos processor. I personally have chosen to wait for the Samsung galaxy SIII.I do want a new phone. But the cost of jumping or suspending contracts and trying to keep up with the latest cell phone is a luxury many cannot afford. My contract expires on the eve of the supposed realese date of this phone, so Im geeked! If you want the best, then just wait for it. But it will be again the best android phone on the market when it releases.

You have to wonder what platform they trying to lay out with a quad-core phone? The only reason we need dual core chipset phones right now are for capturing 1080p video. THATS IT!. Sure, we can surf, process and download info alot quicker than before, but its not generally needed. The additional cores and ram may serve for more demanding options and features in a phone like shooting 60 fps instead of 30fps which are in current dual core phones right now, creating a more media-like friendly phone or trying to fully incorporate your phone into your computer and various computer programs on your computer-all while your phone acts like a phone. The play field is open. But just like a car, with more power comes more demand for fuel or better fuel engineering. Im hoping that power management will be heavily revised in a phone that has 4 chipsets while operating on a LTE network. If the battery life on this upcoming quad core chipset phone acts anything like the available HTC dual core cell phones, its main audience will be hard core sammy fans. Carrying around a phone that dies 3hours just in standby mode is depressing. But Samsung does there homework pretty darn well.

Dude, just wait. Its so worth it

Try in Electronics, Cars, Fashion, Collectibles, Coupons and More Online Shopping (ebay), you can find the charger from many sellers.

The possibilities:1. Charger broken2. Wire problem3. Battery problem4. Dusty microusb port (charging port)5. Motherboard problem6. Socket problem (from which the charger is connected)Solution: take it to the Samsung showroon

The short answer is Yes, but not the default cable for Samsung Galaxy S8 and Note7.Well, most smartphones are using Micro USB (USB Type-B, micro edition) cables. Well, some new smartphons such as Galaxy S8 and Google’s Pixel uses USB type-C.In fact, I use Lenovo chargers to charge my Samsung, Samsung chargers to charge my LG, BlackBerry chargers to charge another Samsung phones and so on. They use the same Micro USB ports.Well, I assume that ASUS phones do have Micro USB instead if USB type-C. Please nite that the fast charging features as in Samsung phones may not be compatible with your ASUS phone.

Charging Issues With My Nexus 7?

You said "I'm thinking perhaps the tablet itself" and "it's probably not the charger". Well, you need to complete the "trouble shooting" part to eliminate possibilities. Yes, the Nexus 7 2012 has a common problem with the USB port recessing. But it's better that you be sure by following these simple steps.

1. Have a different charger and USB cable than the ones you're using now.
2. Plug in this other charger and cable to charge off a wall socket (not a computer).
3. If it charges properly, it means the original charger or USB is faulty. Try the original USB cable with the other charger and the original charger with the other USB cable to determine source of problem.
4. If it did not charge properly. It means the tablet has a problem. 95% hardware problem. 5% percent software problem. If you still wanna check out this %5, do a factory reset.
5. If problem persists, you can try pulling up the micro USB port using Needlepoint Tweezers. Be careful if you decide on doing this. Pick the edge of the silver rim around the USB port.

Try out eBay. They have massive stock and retailers. Amazon and Flipkart also provide genuine products however, I don't know if the original charger is available there.

Can i use a samsung phone charger to charge ANY samsung phone?

It depends on the connecting end of the charger. Some cell phones, including Samsung ones, require a large conencting end. Others a small one.

Yes.We are talking about the 18W charger that comes with the Pixel-C tablet, right? It doesn’t charge it very quickly though. I have the 15″ MBP which consumes a fair bit more power then the MacBook (no second name), and the Pixel USB-C charger can make a tiny bit of headway with the MBP at more or less idle with the display on. It makes real progress with the MBP asleep (maybe 5% charge gain per hour). It doesn’t keep up with power consumption if I’m doing much with the MBP (but it does cause it to drain the battery less slowly). So it isn’t really the charger you would use with the MBP (and I assume MB) on purpose, but if you find yourself somewhere you need to use more then one full battery charge on your laptop, and all you have is the Pixel-C’s charger? It is useful. It probably can’t give you a full charge overnight (actually on the MacBook no-last-name it may be able to!), but it would make a good start on it at least.I also have one of Google’s “universal” 60W USB-C chargers, that works like a champ. It isn’t rated for quite as much charge as Apple’s MBP charger, but it makes headway even if I’m using the laptop full out. So it is a great second charger.Sadly unlike Apple’s USB-C charger the “universal” charger does not let you remove the USB-C cable, so you can’t plug (say) Apple’s USB-C to lightning adaptor and charge your phone with it, I guess they didn’t want to mess with e-marked cables or something?Edit, added the following warning:(Warning: USB-C power deliver seems to be either hard to get right, or an area where a lot of companies are taking shortcuts that can damage things, maybe start fires. Apple & Google and many others make good safe quality products, but if it isn’t from Apple or Google you should probably check to see if someone with real testing equipment, or a sacrificial tablet has tested it. For example this guy does a lot of that sort of work, and his G+ links to groups that do testing)

Are samsung cell phone chargers universal?

not all samsung cellphone charger are alike, that is why they sold their unit along with charger. though some charger fit or pair with other samsung phone, not all charger does. same with nokia phones. hope this help!

Before the iPhone 5, Apple used a standard 30-pin protocol for charging/syncing cables on its devices. The release of iPhone 5 introduced the notorious “lightning” cable for charging and syncing Apple devices. Most Android powered smartphones use either a micro USB or a Type C USB interface for charging and syncing. To get to your question, Apple's charging cables are not compatible with the charging ports on Android's devices, and vice versa. When you say “Google” phone, I'm assuming you are referring to Android, but if you are referring to the Google Nexus or the Google Pixel line of smartphones, my answer holds the same: these phones are not compatible with the Apple lightning connector or the Apple 30-pin connector.
