Is the climate in Europe getting warmer year by year?

Obviously there are no official announcements about that but the ordinary people notice it. Here in Bulgaria we no longer have long sub-zero winters as we used to. According to my observations, 2018 winter is the hottest I have ever seen for years. We haven’t witnessed snowfall in the coastal area this year, only rains. As I am writing this, it is 12 degrees C outside at the moment which is very strange especially for the coldest month of the year. I don’t have doubts that some kind of severe climate change is happening around the world. The question is - how it will affect our nature? Southern Europe is becoming warmer and warmer each year and if it continues that way, we shall have no problems planting tropical fruits in our gardens. The other worrisome fact is that summers become more rainy with relentless storms and blizzards which cause big issues for the agriculture sector, damaging it by millions of dollars.

Is the weather in September, October and November getting warmer?

Don't take this personally, but I don't think that this is a good question. While Global Average Warming continues, by reliable measures, the fact is that real life is not a smooth, mathematical curve or surface.Average Global Warming deniers point to areas where the opposite is happening: some places are getting cooler. Some glaciers are growing (due to higher snowfall amounts from stronger storms). On average, however, globally, there is a trend toward higher temperatures throughout the year, with the arctic regions warming the fastest. So, your question needs to be more specific as there are instances where the answer could be yes and other instances where it could be no.Try again?

Why are we getting warmer temperatures earlier in the year and is it climate change or something else?

We had a really cold winter here in Southern California but nice weather is here again. My koi are active. The spring birds are nesting. I don't have to visit Ireland because it is green enough here. The flowers in the park I visited this weekend were over my head and gorgeous. This song sparrow celebrated the wonderful weather with a juicy worm and that reminds me it is time for dinner.

How come this year the weather is unusually warmer?

This year is more likely to be El-Nino year. So Indian Subcontinent is going to experience more warming and less rain.

Is Winter and Summer in the UK getting warmer?

Yes, it is a combination of the global warming effect, the naturally occurring ‘wobble’ of the earth axes and rotation poles, further affected again by global warming. From the UK Met office, and University of East Anglia Studies showing the change in Central England Temperature as an upward trend:http://www.ukcip.org.uk/wp-conte...Weather records in England continue to be broken. July 2006 was the warmest month since observations began, with a mean temperature of 19.7 ºC; September 2006 was the warmest September; Autumn 2006 was the warmest Autumn; and April 2007 was the warmest April. In addition to calendar-year averages, as shown above, the monthly CET data set is also organised into successive 12-month rolling averages. As a consequence of some of these recent, particularly warm, individual months, the 12-month period ending in April 2007 was the warmest such period on record. However, it is harder to predict whether global warming will triumph in our environment and turn the Essex farmlands into deserts, or the movement of the North Pole towards London might be a corrective action and lead to another ice age. It is probably more likely for the former condition.OQ: Is Winter and Summer in the UK getting warmer?I remember hearing on the weather last year in December the temperature went as high 17C to 18C which is unusual for the UK in December,I remember on the weather in 2015 a temperature of 35C was recorded,So that mean Winters and Summer are getting meaning longer days in both in Winter and Summer.

When does it start getting warm in Ohio?

Actually it depends on where you are. If you live north around Cleveland, the weather starts really being nice and warm in May. This is because Lake Erie is frozen many winters and it takes time for the lake to warm up. Down around the Ohio River and especially in Southwest Ohio, it starts warming up in April. Sometimes we are cutting the grass by mid month. In Columbus it's early May when the weather gets warm.
But there are always exceptions, and you need to know that too. Sometimes winter seems to hang on through April and into May in Southwest Ohio, and sometimes it gets into the upper 80's during the same time! It depends on the jet stream and whether we continue to get cold blasts of air from Canada or not.
Good luck! Spring is just around the corner, and I'm waiting for the warm weather too!!!

Why does the earth keep getting hotter and hotter each year?

The rise in temperature is due to increase in carbon dioxide and other human made emission. The Warming pattern can be seen in Arctic region which is witnessing a decline in the extent of sea ice at the rate of about 13% every decade. Melting creates a dangerous circle of more exposure to 'dark areas' to sunlight, higher melting and more dark surface absorbing heat. Such phenomenon accelerate the rate of global warming, with consequences through climate changes for coastal areas, access to water, farming and human health.Global emissions can be allocated to human activities in various ways. One of the most granular analyses is this one from the World Resources Institute (WRI), which breaks down total global emissions from 2005 into the following headline sectors:Energy– Electricity & heat (24.9%)– Industry (14.7%)– Transportation (14.3%)– Other fuel combustion (8.6%)– Fugitive emissions (4%)Agriculture (13.8%)Land use change (12.2%)Industrial processes (4.3%)Waste (3.2%)The climate change happens in the form of rainfall, lost biodiversity, floods, reduced crop yields would affect China and India. It is heartening that Chinese president Xi jinping asserted the importance of the Paris Agreement on Climate Change at Davos meeting of the World Economic Forum, and cautioned incoming U.S President Donald Trump against to deny on it. India's own commitment on climate accord must be strengthened with clear and unambiguous actions. This should lead to a scaling up of renewable energy and measurable decline in use of fossil fuels.
