China often notes it has 5000 years of history. On what basis? Is this an internationally agreed claim and could the same be said of other places on Earth?
Because the Chinese identify more with their early history than other places do. For example, French students learn about "the Romans", not "the French nation in 50 BC". Already the naming shows that we consider them a people apart, a people that gave us interesting ideas for sure but not a natural part of our own nation states. For China, the history of "our people" really goes back thousands of years.One of the unifying bands is the written Chinese language. It has changed less than European languages have. Plus the Chinese language is littered with phrases and expressions that were coined hundreds of years before Christ was born. There is also more awareness. Every Chinese child can recite by heart and understand poems that are 1400 years old (try that with Shakespeare, and he's much more recent).The final reason is that Chinese politicians play it up as a matter of national pride. For example, when China was recently criticized in the foreign news, a Chinese leader said "Whilst monkeys cry incessantly from bank to bank, I have already sailed past a myriad of mountains". This is not just a put-down of the foreign criticism and a declaration that China is already much more advanced, it's also two lines from a Tang dynasty poem that every Chinese person knows (早发白帝城, "Early start from Baidi" by poet Li Bai) - a not-too-subtle hint that China had world class poetry while Europe was overrun by barbarians.I'm currently working on a new method for learning Chinese - check it out at LearnYu - Automagic Chinese Course. If greys and reptilian aliens exist and they look as reported, is that proof they are related to us as they look so similar?
The greys, I believe, are some type of automaton or mix of sentient being with clone or manufactured being. They therefore are not “like” us. Reptilians are another matter. I still am not yet decided as to whether this is a part of the disinformation campaign that is attached to all things alien or UFO related, or if they might represent beings from another planet or system that is dissimilar to that of the Nordics or tall blonds, which are indeed said to represent us - or at least an earlier version of us. Most of the Biblical and mythological tales of our earliest ancestors report “giants”, which these tall ones would represent. However, upon discovery, they were actually, in the majority, about 6 foot 2 to 7 foot tall - or in other words, one of the mix of three groups that formed the basis for the humans of Europe that we know of today. Research that might be helpful to you are the Tarim mummies of the China/Tibet region, 7 foot tall with red or blondish hair, and from about 3,000 BC, and the remains of a few early Native Americans, especially the region of Patagonia in South America. Both came from cold climates, both were excessively tall compared to the short European explorers, and both were nearly immediately wiped out by these same intruders. Good luck to you in your search.

Before egypt was independent from Nubia(Ta khenset ) , Egypt was a colony of Nubia. Before independence Egypt paid taxes on the ancient Nubian trade routes in the red sea, nile river, and sea ports. The red sea ports were major for transporting goods from east to west. Egyptians realized that independence would maximize their profits and build the country. Egypt went to colonize the Mediterranean and , and Proto-Persia seizing all river ways and profits of taxes.Their schools and institutions gained world wide recognition that also collected taxes. Under colonial rule Greece Rome,Persia, Nubia, Petra and the Levant all paid colonial dues. In war campaigns Egypt could use military from any one of its colonies.Egyptian crafts were at the highest quality because of their institutions. Even at today's standards , egyptian goods were just as good or better. Egyptian societies were a aristocratic society where women wore dresses and purses 5,000 years ago. Education created its powerhouse status . With a well educated trained , civil society they had the ability to make any product that they wanted.As a society they had true order because the law was their religion. Being civil was instilled since childhood.
