Is There A Difference Between Obamacare Using The Irs Cdc Using A Czar

What's the difference between Nixon and Obama?

As a congressman, Nixon hated communists. But as president he suddenly realized how much he loved communists! No US president could make friends with China, because of Nixon and his pals. Then Nixon did, as president.

The difference between Nixon and Obama is that Nixon was a crook and Obama isn't (well, not so much). Both were accused of using parts of the executive branch for underhanded political purposes, but Nixon's guilt was so obvious that his own party abandoned him. He was forced to resign to keep from being impeached and removed from office. Obama knows he won't be, so he's not resigning. (Clinton knew it too, when he was impeached.)

The evidence of Nixon's guilt grew day by day. The evidence of Obama's guilt is non-existent, it's really just shrill accusations from right-wingers, repeated over and over at increasing volume.

The Republicans' impeachment of Clinton backfired. They shot themselves in the foot. They're not likely to make the same mistake with Obama.

Whats the difference between a 1040-v and a mo-1040-v? they ask me what i owed last yr.?

The are different forms from different agencies.

Form 1040-V is a voucher that you attach a payment to when you mail it to the IRS, such as when you e-file and have a balance due and opt to write a check for that balance.

Form MO-1040-V is the Missouri form for the same purpose.

You'd only report that on your 2009 returns if you used the applicable forms to make a payment for your 2009 taxes. If you used those forms last year to pay a balance due for your 2008 you do NOT report those payments on your 2009 return as tax payments against your 2009 liability.

However you WOULD report the amount on the MO Form MO-1040-V if you are itemizing for 2009 and are deducting state income taxes paid. That would be added to the amounts of MO state income tax that was withheld from your pay in 2009.

Is Trumpcare better than Obamacare?

Based on all the information reported that I have heard and seen the answer is no.However the subjective answer depends on whether you believe healthcare is a right for all human beings or a privilege for yourself.Trumpcare speculates that free market forces will reduce costs over time.As always false and failed economics plays the spoiler since the goal of economics is to justify inequality and create profits for the empowered few.Obamacare depends on many forms of health RISK management to reduce costs over time. An ounce of prevention is always worth a pound of cure.Increasing the risk pool was an important first step that upset those who felt they didn’t need health insurance. My assessments are always based on V=N=LFake value displaces real value and much of the cost of everything under capitalism is fake value or wealth.MY philosophy of Valuenomics is the replacement for economics. The elimination of wealth increase efficiency, reduces waste and eliminates the fake economic value systems that allow the few to place liens upon the real value of nature using their valueless wealth.Value equals Nature which sustains all Life. The logical solution is healthcare for all by consolidating all risk into one pool.Leveraging ‘The Power of The Purse” profit can be removed from drugs. The Power of The People to care better for themselves is a factor as well. It would help if all eligible Americans voted as well.I trust the wisdom of the hypothetical ALL. The much maligned majority that has never existed on the planet. The Tyranny of The Minority has governed humanity thus far and the devastating results are apparent.Calculated neglect is the silent invisible WOMD used by the oligarchs who rule the planet.Failing less is not success. Excess is not success.Capitalism creates numerous health care problems. Wars cause physical and mental health problems. Pollution causes problems and literally murders human beings. The list sadly, is very long.Jeff, I write this using The Power of The Pen and entreat you to do likewise.Read my blogs and contribute your thoughts pro and con using TPOTP.

What is wrong with Obamacare?

Being someone who just signed up for Obama Care less than 72 hours ago, I feel like I can answer this question accurately. My biggest complaint comes from the Health Insurance Marketplace website, otherwise known as Health Care dot gov. People who do not have coverage are asked to give their information to a third party website which in turn will “find” you a plan that matches your income (of course) and your dependents. When I signed up through healthcare dot gov, I was given multiple “offers” from 2–3 well known insurance companies all of which someone making $50k a year would not be able to afford. When I say I make $50,000, I take home less than $1,400 bi-weekly and most in-network plans were offering basic to premium packages ranging from $180 to $320 with no dependents. The deadline was on January 15th, and I decided the hell with it, and went ahead and signed up for the most affordable plan. I choose Kaiser Permanente and decided to pay the $182 a month. My biggest question is not for ObamaCare necessarily, but for Kaiser. How did they decide for someone who makes $50,000 a year (I don’t), should pay $182 a month for basic?I personally feel the number is too high, and prior to me being kicked off of my employers plan, I was paying a little less than $150 for both health and dental. But, if I decided to not pay it, I would be footed with a disgusting emergency room bill if I ever needed to go for the rest of my life.Without Obama Care, I would be forced to pay an emergency bill with a discount if anything were to ever happen. While this may be an extreme, a user on Facebook shared her bill with us because she did not have coverage. Ultimately, while I am against making anything mandatory, I think insurance companies need to lower the cost of health insurance, or at least take out “affordable.” The numbers are fixed, and it seems like the bigger beneficiaries are stockholders, and drug lord conglomerates. Yet, while I complain and I am still at the mercy of insurance companies. At this point, I would rather die than to be stuck with paying off $26k (not really).

Difference between EIN and Texas Tax registration application?

I am a programmer by trade, but I am looking forward to starting a small business and operating online completely using a web-store. And I want to keep everything legal. So I have a few questions:

1. What is the difference between EIN (aka federal tax identification number) that is issued by IRS vs Sales tax permit that is sold by the state of Texas? Which one do I need and what is the purpose for each? Do I have to use both of these to pay different taxes?

2. Do I have to charge tax to customers who are not in my state (Texas)? Or do I only charge it for customers in Texas? If I sell to someone in California, who pays the tax to the state of California?

3. Where do I go to register the name of my business?

4. Is it necessary to form a corporation? Or can I operate without forming one?

my major concern is #1. I see the two forms and don't know the difference between the two and what purpose each of them serve. Do I pay both federal and state taxes???

What's the difference between the 1040 and the 1040ez tax forms?

Anyone can use 1040 (often called the 1040 long form).

The 1040-A and 1040-EZ are simplified version that essentially skip many of the less commonly needed lines, such as self employment income etc.

If you qualify to use 1040-EZ, you can still use a 1040 long form, you'll just end up with a bunch of lines that get left blank because they don't apply to your situation. You'll get the same refund though. (if you get a different refund by using the different forms, then you probably don't qualify to use the simplified form anyway because its skipping something that you are required to report.)

If Obama cut taxes then why did he hire 16,000 new IRS agents?

Gosh, this is so two years ago.

He didn't hire 16,000 new agents. That's something that Republicans said, and as FC.org says, stems from a partisan analysis based on guesswork and false assumptions, and compounded by outright misrepresentation.

Where did it come from? The Republicans did their own partisan study of the health care bill, looked at the CBO's projected budget over the next ten years for the IRS, and concluded "IRS may need to hire as many as 16,500 additional auditors, agents and other employees." Operative words: may, as many as, other employees.

IRS revenue agents make up only about 15% of the IRS work force.

Here's a copy of the CBO report, if you'd care to peruse:

What is so bad about Obamacare that it needs to be completely dismantled instead of 'fixed'?

I am not a conservative or a Republican, but I have read enough of their arguments that I’m going to try to give a fair representation of their stance (and I’ll try to cut my personal opinion out of it). There are two main conservative objections to Obamacare:The first is that it’s a very strong government intervention into a market. Conservatives believe in an unregulated and free market. Because of regulations in Obamacare, people are forced to buy insurance even if they don’t want it. And the insurance they buy is required to cover a lot of things that they might not want or may never need (for example, men are required to purchase insurance policies that would cover maternity care).Free markets can do amazing things when left alone. They do not need the guiding hand of the government in order to efficiently find a fair price that suits everyone. Government moves too slowly to address the changes that happen in the healthcare field. The second conservative objection to Obamacare is that it strengthens the social safety net which ever since the New Deal has created a dependency among the American public. Social Security was once seen as a supplement for the elderly who are supposed to also use life savings and other financial vehicles to maintain themselves in retirement. Now Social Security is the main (or sometimes only) source of income for a huge swath of elderly Americans, and it has grown into an enormous juggernaut that threatens to bankrupt the government. And yet nothing can be done about it because so many Americans are dependent on it. Social Security is famously called the “third rail of American politics.”The fear is that the same thing will happen to healthcare and insurance under Obamacare. It will eventually become impossible to dislodge even as Americans become dependent on it (instead of learning how to take care of themselves) and its spiraling costs could overwhelm the government’s finances.Republican politicians will often talk in terms of premium price hikes or medical care rationing, but I think these are red herrings. There are a few Republicans who are honest enough to say that they object to Obamacare not because of the way it’s structured but because they do not believe government has any business interfering in a private market at all. Therefore there is no way to fix Obamacare because it is completely antithetical to their values and belief system.
