Is There A Difference Between Real And Fake Pokemons

How do you tell a fake Pokemon card from a real Pokemon card?

This is a pretty simple questionTo tell if it's real or fake, look at the back of the Pokemon card. In fact, I'll show you what a real pokemon card looks like:This is a real Pokemon card, normally the real cards are printed in this way.Now let me show you what a FAKE pokemon card looks like:This is a fake pokemon card. Fake cards are normally printed out really bad which makes them look very different in color. Sometimes the print can look very dark or very light but in this case, it's a bit light from what I see.Another way to determine if a Pokemon card is real or fake, take a look at the Pokemon card itself. (Its HP, it's retreat cost, the font, etc.) An example would be this Litten card (Its real by the way)It's real since it's in the correct font, the correct HP, and has a correct retreat cost. (Plus it's a promo from the cereal boxes)Now let's have a look at this Skiploom card:If you look very closely, you'll notice that the font looks WAY different than the one from the Litten card. Though some fake cards won't have it's HP altered to say 10,000 but if it has that amount of HP or if it has a different font, then know that it's fake.A third way to determine the Pokemon card if it's fake or real is to look at the condition of the card. One example would be this Torchic card:(I've had this card since I was a kid, and I never realized it was fake until recently, I'll try to buy the real one) This card is fake because as you can see it can easily peel out, looking like a wrapper.. which means it's fake.. so if you have a card that can easily peel out like this one, then it's fake. Real Pokemon cards don't easily peel off like this.I'm sure that there are other ways to determine one fake or real Pokemon card, but this is all I could think of.

Is my Pokemon Platinum - Real or Fake?

Your Platinum sounds real. Check the case and the DS card to to see if it has the Official Nintendo Seal on it. This will be one of the indication that will tell you if yours is a bootleg copy or not. Also, you should try trading Pokemon with your friends and migrating Pokemon from your GBA games. If it works, then your Platinum is legit and not a bootleg copy. Your saving time might be normal. Usually, if you are playing for a very long time and decide to save, it can take up to about a minute or so for it to be completely finished. The time is definitely longer than the GBA games some of the time.

Is there a difference between fake and real Pokemon Emerald games?

Hm? Things you should take note of if they are fake:
-pokemon's name is misspelled
-it always shows the intro
-weird or out of the normal NPC speech
-pokemon's that aren't suppose to show up in certain areas
-you can hear the audio properly. Music, Pokemon sounds, sound effects, etc.

So basically see if anything looks foreign or moded or tampered with. Otherwise they did a good job faking it.

What is the difference between Pokemon Crystal for the Gameboy Color and Gameboy Advance?

Ok-
So we've established that Pokemon Crystal for GBC is real, while Pokemon Crystal for GBA is fake.
The real one is made in a factory by nintendo, with quality parts. The fake one is made in bulk, for about a dollar each, by some loser, who sells them on amazon and ebay for prices as high as or higher than the real thing.
The real game will not randomly delete your save file. The fake game has a crappy battery that will eat itself, corrupting your save data. With no file backup. Real games usually have a save file backup.
The real one is actually WORTH the money, while the fake is not.

I recently purchased Pokemon Leaf Green off Amazon for $20.00. I got it and at first it didnt work. Once I got it working, I was so happy. I got through like 8 cities, had a lvl 40 charizard, had 4 badges, etc. I turned it off and turned it on and the save file had been deleted.
Then I found out it was fake. :/
gr.
So those are the differences.

Pokemon Fake GBA Emerald, can you still trade, fake to real? What do i do?

I just received a fake pokemon emerald game from amazon, unfortunately. I have a question that i can't find anywhere else online,

Can i still Trade from the fake Emerald to my GBA Fire Red thats real?

I don't wanna bring any of my pokemon over to the DS versions because i don't have any of them. Also if i cant what should i do about this, is there anyway i can get my money back, because i got it from Singapore. Everything on the cartridge though looks very Identical to the real one, only the circuit board is different, but it still says Nintendo on it. It also doesn't make any noise when you shake it, the picture on it is actually shiny. I KNOW it's fake though just by the feel of the cartridge. The game works really well, other than saving, it freezes when i save but then starts playing right after except the music in the background is missing and you can only hear the main parts.

Can you trade from a fake pokemon game to a real one?

What i mean by this is that i just bought a use pokemon platinum game off eBay it hasn't gotten here yet but i just want to be ready just incase is fake. Do fake pokemon games still go into wifi? because if they don't than that is one way i can tell i dont really have 2 DS's so i just want to know because i dont want to beat the whole game and than one day that i want to trade i dont want for my ds game to be deleted. So how can i tell? I dont care if its fake as long as i can still wifi battle and trade via wifi

Are Pokemon cards in India fake?

The ones you get in the general store with only 9 cards instead of 10? Getting EX cards more often than Commons and uncommons? Yeah those are fakes. In fact I can't even find a store over here to buy legit booster packs. The cards you get over here obviously look fake but if you want to verify you can just tear a card and check if there's black mark on the edge. If not then it's a fake.

Is Mewtwo a real Pokemon or a fake one?

If you mean is it a real Pokémon that exists in-universe and isn’t a fan creation, then it is real. No shit.If you mean as in, is it a natural or artificial Pokémon, then the answer would technically be fake as Mewtwo is a man-Made Pokemon crested by Team Rocket in an attempt to clone the mythical Pokémon Mew.P.S. You know…. It would save you a lot of time if you just simply decided to read Mewtwo’s page on Bulbapedia or something.

Does anybody know how to tell if pokemon card is real or fake?

is the person who is holding the pokemon card a virgin, if no, then obviously it is a fake, because no person who has actually had the chance to lose his virginity would be playing with pokemon cards.

How can I tell apart a real and fake Pokemon GBA game (emerald)?

Spelling mistakes, intro cut scene before game title appears is different, map and towns look different, fakemon (fake Pokemon) have been added, graphical glitches, etc. There's a lot but if you see any of those and the game is Pokemon emerald then its not the official Pokemon emerald
