Sounds like meth to me. My ex-girlfriend use to do meth, when she was high she would talk about some of the weirdest things and could talk for hours. During that time she would also be very paranoid, thinking people were outside and trying to get inside. She never ate or drank anything, and would clean for hours. Sometimes she would get violent and mean with words, others she would want to have lots of sex, sometimes wanting weird sex.
