3 months with really bad/servere acne (Picture included)?

NATURAL ACNE PROTOCOL
1/ Never, ever touch your face.
2/ Use 3 facecloths to wash your face, one to soap on, one to soap off with very hot water, one to rinse off with ice cold water, in that order, once a day.
3/ If you are under 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A once a day with a full meal
4/ If you are over 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A twice a day with a full meal.
Do not get pregnant while taking vitamin A. Do not take any more, like Accutane, it will stop you growing.
5/ Never, ever. pick, squeeze or pop your spot. Read number 1 again.
6/ Do this for 90 days.
7/ Invest in a brand new pillow and 2 new or more pillow cases to double bag' your pillow. HOT wash every couple of days.

A bit of advice given to me as a teenager, a bit of science as I am studying allergic reactions and vitamin A is a part of that. A bit of research: I sat in a lecture at the back and watched the acne prone pick at their faces, those with the worse acne touched their faces 32 times in an hour, the clearest complexions didn't touch their faces even once. I have circumstantial evidence that acne is the result of dermatophyte transfer from hands to face...where it does not get washed off and is well fed by hormones, sweat a
nd oil...just a hypothesis... But it would explain why vitamin A is so effective as vitamin causes skin to remove dermatophytes.

The secret is never to touch the spots

Tips on how to treat acne and achieve perfect clear skin in as little as 7 days?

Is there a cream that makes skin perfect like when you were a baby?

The best cream out there by far is Strivectin. I use to pay lots of money for Botox injections that were painful and made your face feel very uncomfortable. My friend told me about this product and I have been using it ever since. The cost is a little high but well worth the money. I use to buy it at Macy's but found it for a whole lot less from Amazon. I buy the kit that works for your eyes and face. The regular retail is around 89 bucks but Amazon has it on special for just than 40.00 and you get free shipping if you’re a prime member. Here is the link this stuff is amazing and only takes a couple of week to see huge results.

Ugly skin?

Please help is there any natural way for me to get my ugly gold skin to be like the skin in this picture? Every one thinks I m puerto rican and I hate it by the way I m sick of comments like "oh gold skin is lovely" and " don t worry your perfect" what I want to be is to have super white milky pink skin!

Is this acne scars or what..?? (picture included)?

Scully gave you excellent advise.
I would suggest you give up the St. Ives scrub. You need to invest in oil free products made acne. There are many brands at your local drug store. Just make sure they are oil free. You should be using a cleanser, toner and moisturizer. You need to cleanse your face morning and night, use a wash cloth to make sure you are removing all the dirt and debris, but don't scrub. As you well know this only irritates the skin and can make acne worse. Pat don't rub your face dry. Then use a cotton ball and wipe the toner across your skin. This will remove anything left behind and help close the pores. The you need to use a moisturizer. I'm sure you think I'm nuts for suggesting that sense you obviously have oily skin. Moisture is different then oil. (think rain verses olive oil - two totally different things) Your skin needs moisture. This speeds the healing and takes away the redness.
A good skin care routine will greatly reduce your acne and in time fade the acne scars.
Good Luck
There are many good ones-
*Neutrogena-Free-Acne-Stress-Control
*Mary Kay also has a great men's line that is oil free. You can go to their website and find a representative in your area. The super great thing about Mary Kay- If it doesn't work for you, they will refund your money or replace it with other products.
*Many people find great results, with Proactive.
*If your face is really raw, try cetafil for the cleanser and Neutrogena for the toner and moisturizer.
*Also clinic has a good acne line. Clinic is sold in higher end department stores, and is more expensive.
**My son was prescribed Doxycycline as well, it didn't help him either. But the Mary Kay Mens Line did!

Are you eating a healthy diet? Eat whole grains, fruits, veggies, lean meats and low fat dairy. Drink at least 8 full glasses of water a day. If you consume soft drinks, drink an additional glass of water for every can. Water can do wonders with skin.
I hope your face heals quickly!

Is there a way I can figure out my acne?

Um... hey, just going to start off saying your question isn't very clear, but I can help answer it anyways.
Hey, I am very proud of my skin and I haven't had a pimple since I started my own "Perfect skin Challenge" last year. I used to have problems with acne. Id have a new pimple EVERY morning. I thought "OMG! I gotta buy all that stuff on T.V. and creams and all that!" But then I realized, it's not that hard. In fact, it's not hard at ALL! There are only 3 simple steps that you have to do EVERY DAY! here they are ;)
1.) Wash your face in the morning with a morning face wash.
This step is easy. Just do it every morning ;) I prefer Clean & Clear morning burst. It works amazingly!
If you have more sensitive skin, fine a cleanser made esspacilay for sensitive skin.
2.) Wash your face with a night wash at night.
I prefer Clearasil night wash. It's super gentle and works very nicely. There are also the senstative ones.
3.) Moisturize your skin with an oil FREE lotion.
This depends on what type of skin you have. If your skin is dry, then do this two times a day. If your skin is realy oily, then you might not need this step at all.

See? That's it! simple. If you follow these steps everyday, I GARENTEE you'll see results in a week or so.
Those are the most important steps. Here are some side steps that can also be useful.
1.) Drink plenty of water.
This will hydrate your skin.
2.) Food isn't just for eating ;)
Ever hear the phrase "Don't play with your food?" Forget that! Here are some great foods that you can put on your face to reduce pimples.
1) Plain yogurt
2) Cucumbers
3) Potatoes
4) Lemon
5) Lime
6) Milk
7) Honey
8) Tumric powder( I think I spelled it wrong...)

3.) Keep your hands way from your face!
This will spread less oils and dirt.
4.) Ice helps the pimples get smaller.
Just hold ice to your face...but not too long you'll get frost bite.

....That's it!
Hope this helped.
Peace......
