If I enter the US with a B1/B2 visa, is there a way for me to change it to a permanent residence status?

This is a very interesting question - one that I am certain many viewers have in their mind. Of course, entering on a visitors visa means that when you obtained that visa and upon entering the United States your 'intent' was non-immigrant - that is, your intent was and is to return home after your temporary stay; you've also agreed to abide by your visa's specific limitations and requirements. For example, B-1/B-2 status does not allow employment. That said, in the real world it is fully understood in the law that entrants after they have been here for awhile may have a change of mind about their stay. Sometimes people want to extend the status for a few more months, they decide they want to change their visa so they can attend school full-time, or occasionally visitors meet and fall in love and want to remain after marriage. To answer your question specifically, extending or switching to a new non-immigrant status is called a 'change of status' and applied for on form I-539. However, changing to a permanent resident category from B-1/B-2 status, if immediately eligible, is applied for under INA 245a 'adjustment of status' on form I-485. An example of this would be a subsequent to entry marriage to an American citizen. There are many more complexities here, including priority dates, visa petition requirements, maintaining status, but the main concept underlying all of this is that adjustment of status is discretionary - and with few exceptions, marriage to a U.S. citizen being one, one must be 'in status' when the application is made.

I have a b1-b2 usa visa and i would like to change it to student visa if possible i haven't done my GED ,?

You would have to apply to a US school or university and be accepted before a student visa could be considered. So, the question is not would you be considered for a student visa without the GED, but rather, would an American university accept you as a student. The school would have to send you an I-20 and register you in the SEVIS database before you could apply for a student visa. Whether your student visa application would be approved is another matter. Hard to say.

Re: Changing status from L1 visa to F1 visa?

you can change your current L1 status to F1 by filing form I-539. before you apply for change of status in US, your admission application needs to be accepted by an US university/college that you will be attended to. If you are admitted to the university, you will be sent a Form I-20 by that university. you also need to add your dependents(if you have any) on the I-20. after you obtaining your I-20 form, you and your dependents (if any), each of you needs to file Form I-539 application to extend/change non-immigrant status to USCIS service center that has jurisdiction over your residence. the filing fee is US$300 for each applications. you will need to submit all applications with yours original valid unexpired I-94 arrival/departure records; your I-20 form; copy biographic date page of all passports; Form I-134 Affidavit of support; and financial evidence to prove your or your sponsor have enough fund to support you and your dependents expenses while you study full time in US. all applicants are allowed to stay in US while the I-539 is pending at US CIS. all the applications will be considered abandon if you leave US before the approval. after your F1 is approved. you will no longer in L1 and must maintain F1 status in US.
you can also obtain your F1 visa at US embassy in your home country.
after receiving Form i-20, you will need to make appointment at the US embassy to apply for F1 visa. you need your passport, I-20, financial supports for your expenses while you study full time in US, and documents to prove you have economic and family tie to your home country (property, deed, asset, family members) so you will return to your home country after you finishing your study in US.
your L1 will no longer valid once you get your F1 visa regardless if you obtain your F1 visa by changing status in US or apply it at your home country.
i believe you can take course in US with your L1 visa as long as you maintain your L1 status. please check with the school if it is true. good luck.
