How can I learn to make a social network website using Notepad++?
First you need to have a hosting server that supports mysql, not all do. Then you need to learn html, php and mysql. You will probably spend about 6 months learning this well enough before you start as there are serious security risks in setting up user logins for this type of site. Bad security will let attackers post dangerous data into the login and any other data pages. So you need to study data filtering first, a bad entry can launch a remote script to run on your site, or sql injection can make it accept remote scripts, and your site can become a bank phishing scam site or worse a child porn distribution site within a few hours of starting it. All you need to do is download phpmyadmin once you have set up a correct user name and password on the site database. Then post it into an appropriate folder. Do NOT use the default phpmyadmin folder name as it is an obvious target for attacks as well.
