How can I stop being so addicted to my phone?
This answer is based on my personal experience how I overcame my phone addiction.To stop the phone addiction, the first thing you have to do is prioritize the things.You need to sit alone quitely for few minutes and think whether spending a lot of time on phone is necessary or spending a lot of time on your career is necessary. You should seriously think about the influence of phone addiction on your career.As we know that any addiction is caused by habitual activities of our daily life. So to break your habit of spending so much time on phone, you should disable the internet access. Here, I am not saying you to disable it for months. You need to disable internet connection on your phone only for some days.Internet is the main cause for keeping us busy in our phone for long hours. So in the absence of internet connection, you will no longer spend much time on your phone. In this way, you will observe that within few days, you have broken the habit of using the phone excessively.Now, you have to follow the following tips :Keep yourself always busy in any task be it study or anything.Keep your phone away from your eyesight when you are studying or doing any work.Force yourself to stay away from the phone for most of time by controlling your mind.Delete all those apps to which you are addicted.Don't take the phone to the bed when you are going to sleep.Instead of wasting time on phone, spend some quality time with your friends and family without using your phone.I have seen that some people keep their phone below their pillow and after waking up they start using the phone.
