Hmmm it's never a good idea to make a literal translation of a phrase or sentence....you lose it. So far, all the answers (except the one preceding mine) are incorrect. I would suggest you use an actual French phrase. Since you like the idea of Jupiter and Mars, why not try something from Le Petit Prince? I'll get back to you if I get a brainstorm.

I only rely on 2 apps for translation.Google Translate as Jimmy mentioned in the previous post, is quite OK. One of the best thing is that GT has a new function called “Tap to Translate” which you could find in the settings of your GT. It basically can translate everything, even some apps, by tapping the words or sentences (like when you are copying text). It is uber buggy (sometime it disappeared and you need to turn it on manually) but very helpful.HanpingYes, it is a dictionary but it is very reliable and constantly updated. Can someone please translate these literary terms into a question I can understand?
Conventions are principles or the way things are done . Then, s/he wants to know where the play is based between realism and surrealism - is it a true account of life at the time of the play or is it 'unreal' or surrealistic? And...what is the location of the play. Whatever conventions (principles, ethics, morals) were prevelent at the period of the play and whether these breaks from convention were considered normal in the play. If you did find things which were not 'normal' what was the (dramatic) effect of this. Are they meaningful - do they have significance to society - would they benefit or hinder society? I hope this helps. Teachers are supposed to help their students to understand whatever topic they're teaching. I think it's very wrong to word assignments like this so that noone knows what the heck they're talking about. It's just showing off and makes the teacher look rather silly.
