Vlingo ... you can SPEAK into it and it will TEXT anyone you wish! It's so COOL and it's FREE Hey Talk is a GREAT app! It allows you to SPEAK a message to someone and if they have the program installed, they can SPEAK back to you ... it's used like a Walkie Talkie ... it's also FREE. FLING, PAPER TOSS, I HEART RADIO, 3D ROLLER COASTER, SPIN ART, UNBLOCK ME ... are just FEW games that I have. It depends on what you like, but these games I KNOW you would LOVE! Be sure to check out FREE stuff in the APP STORE ... if you install it and try it and don't like it, you can always delete it ... and the best part of it all ... FREEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!
Is there an iPhone app that I can use to record a diary, speech-to-text?
I would highly reccomend TRIUMPH - JOURNALING, REIMAGINED on the App Store.Triumph - Journaling, Reimagined on the App StoreIt uses incredibly clever technology so you can talk into your phone, and then your journal entries are transcribed and stored in your journal.It also prompts you with questions designed to best help you, and is full of helpful articles based on a wide range of subjects, such as personal development, taking action, dealing with stress etc.You can still type out your journal if you wish, and easy edit the different entries, but I find it so handy to be able to talk into the app while I'm on my way to the office.
What is the best Tagalog app for iPhone?
I noticed in the App Store that there are a few apps that help teach Tagalog and such, so not much reviews for any of them. Does anyone know what is the best app for the iPhone that I can learn Tagalog words that have both past, present, and future tense plus grammar so that I don't have to come to the computer and type in a word from a website that isn't accurate. Plus it has to be at least 98% correct. I don't care if it's a paid app or not.
Can I get free phone service if I jailbreak my iPhone?
Nope. You will always have to pay one way or another. There are cheaper methods than using the carriers options straight up, for example, when your getting a data plan, you can just get data, and use apps for texting and calling. Texting is free, but uses data, as with calls, you can use textPlus to call as well, but you need to pay per minute, or similar. Skype is the same method, you can call mobile landlines through skype using skype credits. There may be an app in cydia that I haven't heard of however that may allow free calling, but if there is, I can't help you, you will have to find it on your own. I'd check that out before making a decision. Also you can unlock your GSM so you can use a different carrier, and get cheaper rates for data plans. However, this is a breach of contract, and you can get in some serious trouble if you get caught. This is only possible after a jailbreak, and bricking your phone is very possible, as this is tampering not just with software, but hardware. Be careful. I hope I have helped, Dan

Hello, depends on your goals. If you are looking for foreign people to talk you can use the app like Frim - chat with friends, you can chat with different people from different countries using Megaphone (local chats).Also, you can try Happn or Scout, but they are mostly for dating. But it also possible to find some people just for chatting.I recommend you to find the most popular social app in your region and try to find people there.Update. I am improving my English with iTalki, and in the app I get a lot of requests from people from different countries, who want to practice English via chatting or talking on Skype.
I lost my voice badly... is there an app that can talk for me?
There currently are no text-to-speech apps that can run and transmit during calls, not on ANY operating system. Unless you get one of those phones for deaf people, you should probably just text for that. For everyday communication NOT over the phone, there are a lot of apps. If you're on iOS (iPhone/iPod/iPad) try "Speak It!" or "SpeakPad." If you're on Windows Phone you're screwed. On Android there are dozens if not more. IVONA, Google TTS, SVOX Pico, Espeak 7, and various "personal assistant" apps (like Siri but better) are availalbe on the Play Store.
