I suggest Soma.FM: Commercial-free, Listener-supported Radio. They have a number of instrumental-only stations with different types of music. Groove Salad is a good choice - when I was at NPR they even had a deal to air it on some stations. (I wrote code to get the current artist/song title from Soma and transmit it to the stations.)
