Is There Any First World Nation That Is Not As Racist As Usa

Which parts of the US has the worst racism than all other nations on Earth?

Well, none of them. Don't get me wrong we are no saints over here in the United States and have more then our fair share of bigoted asshats. However there are much worse places as far as racism goes, South Africa where the scars of Apartheid are still all too fresh, Isreal and Palestine, Rwanda, even sine sections of China all have much more worse problems then the United States does where racism is concerned. While certainly we have the occasional racially motivated vandalism, assault, or even murder we have not had an attempt at genocide for nearly a century within our boarders after all. The same can not be said for other countries.

What are the most racist countries in the world?

Here’s the top chart, and you have a surprise winner. Even I was shocked to see the result. What the hell has happened to India the great melting pot? What have we done to India! Centuries of polarisation and hate-mongering of communally and ethnically oriented politics obviously did not do India any good.India has stopped being a large sack of different grains. It now have many small purses of identical grains within that sack. Each purse hating the next one. A brilliant way to pull a nation down. That’s exactly what South Africa is going through.P.S. Bangladesh, my own country, is no less racist than India. But, the survey, unfortunately covered only 61 countries, and did not include us. The only difference would be absence of someone to be racist against. You see, 90% of people in Bangladesh are Bengali-speaking Sunni Muslims coming from the same pool of genetic mix. Have you noticed that 13 countries in the top 18 are Muslim countries? Sad.

Debate: Is America the most or least racist country in the world? Why?

Neither. There is a legend that America is a highly racist society. This is a misconception resulting from television coverage, all of which is created by our own media. We definitely have a problem with racism but it is right out front for the world to see because we are concerned about it. And don’t forget we elected a Black president, twice. We want to overcome our racism and are leading the world in doing just that. Most countries are far more homogeneous than we are so what racism they have is hidden from view.America is a true melting pot, so much so that our white population is fast becoming a minority. The US is the most popular country for immigration and the illegal immigrants keep coming as well.I frequently hear other languages being spoken when I shop at Wal Mart. Some sound Asian and others Spanish.I have worked alongside people from Guatemala, Mexico, Canada, Sweden, Switzerland, and Germany.I have hired blacks and Hispanics. I would hire anyone from any race if they were qualified.I have had black and Hispanic customers as well as some from Vietnam, Germany, China, and India. My acupuncturist is Indian, my herbalist Chinese, my doctor Vietnamese. How many people from other countries can make a statement like this? I'm going to take a guess that it is close to zero.We all get along in this melting pot.I have read answers on Quora complaining about racism people have experienced in India, Japan, China, Russia, Poland, South America, and Africa and it sounds pretty bad but since it only affects a few tourists it does not rise to the level of broadcast news.Racism is a global phenomenon, not an American one, and it's not that bad in America.IndiaRussiaEnglandItalyGermanySwedenPoland “Europe will be White”Spanish athletes mimic Chinese “slant eyes”FranceRuben Navarrette says life in Mexico comes with more challenges for darker-skinned peopleApartheid

Is Mexico considered a 2nd World Nation? ?

Technically no. There is no such thing as 1st, 2nd or 3rd world countries anymore. They were terms from the Cold War Era: Ist world countries were those allied with the U.S., 2nd world countries were Soviet states, 3rd world countries were neutral. Mexico was considered a 3rd world country.

I think what you mean is developed, devleoping, and underdeveloped nations. Mexico is a developing nation with one of the fastest growing economies in the world. Faster than the US. Although it's still got a lot go to become fully developed, it's getting there.

@ Dead Babby- the drug violence has nothing to do with it. That wasn't the question. Just because a country is developed it doesn't necessarily mean it's safe. It just means its got large economy and a competitice market. Mexico is well on its way there. If the U.S. had the exact same problem with drug violence, it would still be considered a developed country.

What is stopping the West from banning all 3rd world immigration?

Liberals

Is America a first world country?

Yes.We are a rich nation. With the average citizen making around $60,000 a year. Also a highly technologically advanced nation, one of the most advanced in the world.Civil rights and freedoms for all religions and people. (Yes I know there are some racist people here. Every country has their set of racist people).America, most of Europe, Canada, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Singapore, Israel, Australia, and New Zealand are all first world countries.

Is Mexico a third-world country or not? Does it have the world's most billionaires? Why the huge contrast?

The adjective 3rd World Country does not apply to Mexico anymore, according to mexican scholars, a more appropiate title is "developing country" (kinda like from third to develope country, sort of second world...)
According to FORBEs the richest person in the world is not Bill Gates anymore, but a mexican called Carlos Slim, he is very very rich, but at expense of mexicans, his most profitable business it's the Mexican Telephone Company/Monopoly TELMEX, the only phone company in the whole mexico (there are also some other small ones but they all serve to TELMEX since the company owns all the phone lines in mexico, this companies just rent them from it).
The breach between poor and rich is growing each day, first due to lack of sexual and overall education in some of th most marginated groups, bad political/corporative practices were the only thing that matters is money for some and the lack of interest of some (most) of the people to improve (finding help for themost insignificant dutties some times is a big empress!!!)

Why do people think there are no First World/Developed Black countries?

Here is a list of all the countries in the world and their ranking by quality of life/human development.

1 ranks in the Very High Development category (Barbados), which is the same category as the USA. And a handful rank in the High category (Antigua, Bahamas and a few others).
