Is There Any Sanguinarian Vampires On Here

I can't find a sanguinarian ankh?

You don't need to advertise being a vampire, but if you choose to wear something symbolic, it should be subtle. If you're a psychic vampire, you wouldn't wear a sanguinarian ankh. You could wear a regular ankh or a psi-vamp ankh (like the one at psychicvampire.org).

I prefer not to wear an ankh because it seems like a cliche to me and I don't want to advertise being a vampire to non-vamps. When people are new to an identity, it's common to want to advertise it, but experience will teach you that discretion is wiser.

What is a sanguinarian vampire?

Someone who feeds on blood. In fiction, this is generally 'most vampires'. When talking about the vampire subculture that actually exists it refers to a person who feels a nonsexual need or craving for blood, which is obtained from willing partners. ('donors').  There is more info here:http://bylightunseen.net/bloodvm...

Are there any blood vampires in Ireland ?

There are no vampires. Anywhere. Except in books, movies, television, etc.

They don't exist.

Who believes in vampires?

Real vampires are people who need to take in more vital energy than normal people do. They aren't immortal or supernatural. Psychic vampires and sanguinarian (blood-drinking) vampires are pretty much the same. They just feed in different ways. Both still eat regular food. Both are just people with a weird energy imbalance. Both are not usually goths or emos.

Fresh blood is rich in pranic energy, so that's what sanguinarians get out of it. Psychic vampires can get vital energy from drinking blood too. Energy-wise, psi-feeding is usually like drinking iced tea, but blood is like a double espresso shot. (I've never drank blood, but some of my friends have.)

I've met many real vampires. I have friends who are real vampires. I'm psi-vampiric myself.

I think I'm a half-vampire/ half-human?

Okay, I figured out my mother's side of the family came from England and my dad came from the US. I am the first one in my family to be born with very very sharp canines (sharper than normal). I can go out into the sunlight, but it hurts. I can eat garlic bread, but it makes me feel sick. I can stare for a long time and not have to blink for awhile. I can stop breathing for a while, but I still have to breathe (I think). I stare at people's necks and when I do it makes me thirsty. Sometimes when I'm thirsty nothing like water, juice, soda, etc. helps and the only thing that quenches my thirst is my own blood. I can be tan, but I always turn pale again. When I'm barefoot I can run really fast and I'm able to hurt people really easily, but I'm not very strong. Am I a half-vampire? Please help and don't say I'm Crazy.

What steps would a vampire leader (patriarch, matriarch, king, etc.)  need to implement to organize and a sustainable community in which his vampire followers can live and prosper?

Because the first order of any leader's efforts should be to secure and ensure the safety of their subjects--and because the safety of vampires (and all other supernatural/paranormal beings of legend) is inherently reliant on their secrecy--then the first step should be to determine a inconspicuous and easy-to-guard region to establish the community. Any risks at that point--both naturally occurring, an impact of outsider invasion, or internal dispute--should be factored and planned against (issuing guards at necessary posts, enforcing an active police squad, and the like).Issues pertaining to supplies (especially a steady and plentiful source of nourishment; we'll assume these are blood-drinkers for the sake of simplicity) that don't compromise the aforementioned safety are the next big concern. Like any self-sustaining community, the individual talents and efforts of all the subjects should be utilized to ensure progress and growth. In many ways, the process is no different than establishing a secure community for humans, but the added threat of attack and vulnerability to varying elements (sunlight, running water, etc... [depending on the legend]) shifts the focus substantially. The best bet would be to secure a private island, work on turning it into a no-fly zone and making sure to alert any incoming vessels from outside sources to re-route (using the claim that they're approaching a private military base would work to this effect unless the threat IS military, in which case it's no longer an issue of avoidance and, rather, one of engaging and neutralizing quietly). Protective means can be employed to prevent concern from sunlight or other elements (UV-protected domes, a network of dams for moving water, etc...)From there, it just becomes an issue of maintanance and organization.

Can I be a Buddhist and love vampires?

As with just about anything in Buddhism, there are multiple possible answers:No, because vampires are illusory. No, if you mean being attached to the existence of vampiresYes, because vampires are sentient beings, and the highest aspiration for a Buddhist is to hasten the awakening of all sentient beings. If you really enjoy vampire lore, you may be interested in reading about the vetali, reanimated corpses who were often used for karmamudra, sexual practices for enlightenment, due to the cultural taboo against the use of such practices. As sentient beings, they too were capable of enlightenment, and the best known vetali, Vajra Vetali, achieved Buddhahood as the consort of Mahakala, and became a protector of Practice. (Note - there are two 'deities' here, doing what you think they're doing. Vajra Vetali is in the front.)Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche used this invocation of her in the Shambhala lineage: You enjoy drinking the blood of ego... As night falls, you cut the aortas of the perverters of the teachings. I think Vajra Vetali might give Angel a run for his money when it comes to good vampires! (And therein I reveal my woefully inadequate knowledge of current-day vampire media...)In addition, one of the lower realms into which we can be reborn according to certain traditions is the Realm of the Hungry Ghosts, a special realm deserved for those who accumulated much karma related to lying, deceit, jealousy or greed. These beings, the preta, suffer an insatiable thirst or hunger for something - riches, sex, food, blood - and so, perhaps are even closer to the traditional vampire myth. Most depictions of the preta are not kind, however - they do not enjoy the suave and stylish image of the modern vampire. On a deeper level, modern vampire mythology and these Buddhist deities and realms carry a significant amount of symbolism that we can use to gain insight into our own realities.
