I do not know you or your fly by night internet company, yet you want me to call or mail you my credit card Information? Good luck with that! Many people are spooked and will never buy anything online even with secure transactions. Do you realize the risk you are taking with the info you would have (if a person was foolish enough to do it) if their info was some how stolen from you. Finally if you have my card info, how do you plan to get your payment with it, call the credit card company? They will have you arrested. You see paypal is giving you a service & that is why they are taking a percent. They are letting people know that their transactions are secure. They are letting them know, that you will never have their card info. They are letting them know that with any dispute, they will help to resolve it. Finally, they are giving you a way to get the funds into your bank account. You do not have to use paypal, you can use any merchant account service to do the same thing, People just use paypal cuz while they do charge you, it is a lot less then others (to include your bank) would.

You can only connect an international credit card (regular or pre-paid*) to a paypal account, regular saudi bank accounts wont work with paypal. ask your bank for a pre-paid credit card to use for internet purchases internationally. then you can connect it to the paypal account. ADDED: you could also open a US or UK bank account just for the purpose of using paypal (might be a bit inconvenient or impractical for you, i don't know). Regular accounts in the US and UK can connect to a paypal account. *pre-paid credit card = for internet purchases, its really a debit card, meaning you may only use the money you put in it, but they are calling it "pre-paid credit"!

I was browsing cigars online, and as it turns out most company's such as Famous smokes, or atlantic cigars are American based. I was about to buy what i thought to be a great deal from Famous smokes, but as it turns out i have to pay a per-paid embargo of around 100$ for my cigars so that's out. With atlantic cigars they ship discreetly to try to bypass the border embargo, but do not use paypal, which i need. My question is, what are some Canadian online stores, or American online cigar stores that ship to Canada with reasonable offers, no embargo's or discrete shipping and use pay pal?
