Why is there a narrator describing the TV im watching?
You probably turned on your TV's Secondary Audio Program (SAP) setting, and many shows do include an audio track for the visually impaired. To turn SAP off, use your TV's remote to go into the Menu, and then go to Audio Settings and change that back to normal or stereo or something like that.

Is that something new FOX is doing? Like when I was watching Hells Kitchen it goes "A cleaver butchers in a red meat" or with Family Guy "Peter looks up from the TV"
